Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Good morning all,
weight loss this week: 2.2 lbs (.9 kg)

Starting Weight: 273.59 lb (124.09 kg)
Current Weight: 185.6 lb (84.09 kg)

my weight loss so far is 88.19 lbs (40 kg - 6 stone 4.19)
my BMI id now 31.8 & I've lost over 32% of original weight

I'm 146.6 lbs today, that's 3.4 lbs down from reading on the 7/11 scales last Friday, which probably weren't too accurate.
Also according to my scales my visceral fat is down from 11 a month ago, to 7 today.

Hi all,
Starting weight exactly 6 weeks ago 14 stone
Today 12st 13lb
Lost 2lb this week
My loss isn't as quick as some, but it's going in the right direction.
I set my goal at 11st 7lb, but looking at these amazing losses, who knows... I may be able to go even lower.
Happy Friday everyone.

I know extreme but have had a new bathroom floor in just so..... My Bluetooth scales can weigh me properly.
I'm sitting on 127kgs from 136.20kgs in the summer.
I'm happy no weight added whilst back on solid 3 meals.
Restarting 800cals this week as kids off so if weeing all night I can recoup sleep when I need to.
Chocolate milkshakes restocked in my cupboard.
11yr old son joining my diet as nhs stopping child dietician service. 5yr old is perfect weight.
11yr old wants his excess weight off before puberty hits. GP is supporting him.

Forgot to post this morning - stayed the same this week. Which is a small miracle as after a weekend being naughty in London I did actually weigh myself Monday to see the damage and had gained 6 pounds!! :banghead: So was expecting to be heavier on official weigh day but thankfully levelled back out. So still that 1 pound away from my 5 stone off - maybe next week :)

I weighed yesterday the same. 127.00kg. Received in writing... I'm on waiting list (18wks) for my operation. :) :) :)
So fed up with the wait. With a trapped nerve in my neck now, it's painful to type. Taking more painkillers but luckily not addicted. I took no Amitripyline last night but will definitely need it later. The kids week off has had us out for pleasure rather than necessity. Little one still knows my stress buttons. Not that good at hiding my emotions.
Now skint but content with a joyful week with our young children.

Hoping to be all operated on and settled by Halloween Party time. We have fun to be had. (Which should make up for all my pain and misery lately).

Seeing diabetic dietician next week. I might need to get out of holiday mode ASAP.

Hi All ,
Not posted for some time.
Not gained or lost any weight - just maintaining at 12 stone 8 lbs.
But, Well Done Everybody :).

Gosh, Laim, your weight is as stable as the most stable thing from the land of the stable!

I had a loss of 2.2 lbs (.99 kg) this week,
giving me total so far of 91.19 lbs (41.3 kg or 6 stone 7.19)
I've now lost more than 1/3 of my starting weight.

My other stats are:
Weight: July 5 : 273.59 lb (124.09 kg)
Weight: Feb 17 : 182.4 lb (82.7 kg)

BMI: was 48.0, now 31.3 lost over 1/3 of starting weight

Morning. Well according to the scales this morning I’ve gained 2 pounds this week so 11st 1 today
I’m going to not weigh myself for a couple of weeks - I’m so happy with my weight loss, I feel amazing in myself but keep seeing me miss out on saying 5 stone lost is bringing me down when I know it doesn’t need to. I seem to have settled around this weight which is ok as I don’t want to be any slimmer and that extra pound or so I need isn’t going to make a blind bit of difference to the way I look. So instead of obsessing over it I’m going to take a step away from the scales and just enjoy being me as I am

:) :) :)
126.20kgs so 2lb loss in 5days.
On strict low carb I got to 121.90kgs (with metformin)

ND so far has me this new weight WITHOUT metformin. Reduced insulin. Currently only 25-35units of fast acting insulin daily. I've kept my basal insulin to 73 triple strength units. Not expecting low hba1c but no hypos as a result. :) so no carb tablets or similiar to resolve. :) :) :)
