@aylalake you are fasting, but the body has hung on to 1kg weight, maybe the change has made it hold on to water and hopefully, if you persist, it will come off next week.

@filly that the cold was making you hungry, that is a natural reaction, probably built in to our genes for survival, it makes cutting back at this time of year really hard, so don't beat yourself up about it and just do your best, but it is hard, I know.

Anyway, a delightful 3lbs off this week, but I have been ravenously hungry, so I am going to increase my calorie allowance a bit in order to lose between 1-2lbs every week. Thinking about it, my exercise has increased a lot lately. 3lbs loss a week is too much, really, especially as I still have a looooong way to go, I don't want to lose the plot or fall off the wagon just yet!
