Hi Guys
im having real issues loosing weight. ive been on a diet since laast oct and lost only 8lbs. i dont eat a lot. but im not under eating. i cut out sugar and lower my carbs a lot. this week i have been very very good and ran over 25 miles and i have put on weight. i dont get it. i used to loose weight so easy. where am i going wrong
