I am a 74 year old male with type 2. My HbA1c has been up around the 70 and down to the 50's. I have been not a, not too strict low card diet since last May.
My weight has only dropped by about a stone (to 14.5st) but my HbA1c has dropped to 39. Yes I would like to lose some more weight but I am really delighted with my BG control
