What are you doing now and humorous banter.

:banghead::banghead::banghead:.....delivery companies...:banghead::banghead:.....spent all day in and they never turned up....just got email saying they need to rearrange delivery....phoned their number and automated answer told me they had attempted delivery at 12o’clock....total rubbish as was definitely here and no doorbell / knock / card through door......sent them back a ‘politely worded’ answer telling them I was not prepared to waste another whole day sitting in waiting for them to not turn up.....will await their answer on Monday morning....rant over....

....hope everyone else has had a good and more fruitful day....:)

....and @Cumberland was not from there....was an item from a jewellers, hence the specialist and supposedly reliable and secure courier service....saw the item in a shop last week but got a good saving by ordering online....wondering why we bothered....:rolleyes:....thankfully we have a few more weeks to make sure we get one....

Morening all as above from all of me also.

Isn' life strange, I went to wedding yesterday evening, sat quietly drinking water talking nobody all evening and the woman sitting next to me got a right strop on, till she shoved orf onto the dance floor leaving me in piece. I don't think after nearly 40 years of marriage I will ever understand Mrs J.

Still not up, still drinking early cuppa. Two older males still asleep.
Salt dough fun with the smallest, long muddy dog walk with lovely daughter, long chats with the older one, much mucking about and family delight yesterday - have to have caffeine as well as tea in preparation for today. Time to creep downstairs to make the fortifying mug.

Good morning all......just contemplating what we are going to do today.......am thinking just a catching up, chilling, relaxing day....

....one job I must do is find the required documentation to prove who we are and where we live for appointment on Tuesday .....just another hoop to jump through and box to tick before event .....:rolleyes:....

...hope everyone has a good day whatever you are doing and whatever the weather where you are....:)

No plans yet Cumbs. Made coffee, that’s as far as I’ve got. Think the family will brew to do something when the older males are up. Been trying to find the shortcomings of a lovely house they saw on the magic net yesterday, just what they’d like including a garden with a stream. Viewing was by appointment on Friday and they all work or have school at the viewing time.
It’s become more attractive as the offers are coming in but they can’t even go and see it. Aeschylus couldn’t have written it. Maybe Aesop could.
What about you?

I’m going out soon so will do a huge blow with all the breath I can muster and blow it south so we can all have a bit
