Hi all
I am doing so well on LCHF. I'm having to break the habit of regular eating. Society norms are to eat first thing in the morning, but I can't. I don't feel hungry, but just to get something in me I'll have bulletproof tea - just to help me relax and a few salt and vinegar peanuts.
My next meal is whenever I am hungry, but I make sure I stop eating by 7pm. I find eating well before bed time helps me feel relaxed, and I don't think it's normal to even eat just before bed? I know we all have nights out and stuff that means we eat at crazy times.
Has anyone else noticed that timing is important for them to keep their glucose levels on track?
