What did you have for dinner tonight ?

Hello zero carbing went well, am now back to Lchf, I intend to do intermittent zero carbing. So tonight I had dd sausage, cauliflower and broccoli gratin with a poached egg.

Sounds good !!
Are you on medication or diet controlled ?

Today I had thin cut beef steak with a portion of Diane Sauce and 6 sweet potato fries.

a bit carby I know but still below 90 grams of carb for the day

Tonight I had 100% beef burger, with a slice of cheese melted on top on a half a Lidl high protein roll with a side salad. Followed by strawberries and cream and a square of 85% chocolate :hungry:

Well I have had a lovely blow out

I am away with work so it was 2x Large Malbec
Ribeye with garlic prawns , veg, onion rings, tomato and mushrooms
Followed by a cheese board

Scrumptious

Tonight I'm having Lorraine Pascals Thai Sweet Chilli Curry with cauliflower rice, totalling less than 20g carbs, leaving carb capacity for strawberries and cream and one or two squares of 85% chocolate if I have room!

Is there much difference between the rice and just having cauliflower?
When I have chilli or curry I have bulky / aldente cauliflower and love it as an alternative to rice.

Just interested in the cauli rice alternative ?

The dark choc and berries is also a favourite of mine with Greek Yogurt and a few walnuts

Don't you love whiskey messing with your liver and keeping bs good?

Now I want a big a** burger!!! Lamb chops might have to do. Oh darn

I have the red wine to reduce e cholesterolz

BG reduction was a bonus which allowed me (based on my reasoning)the onion rings and cheese& crackers tonight

I only use it on occasion though otherwise I am sure it would result in other issues.

I bake the cauli rice in the oven. I spread it in a thin layer on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil then put it in the oven gas mark 6, (200 degrees c) for 12 mins. It comes out with a nutty texture.

Pink lambs liver, fried onions and courgettes in cheese sauce. (Loads of onions, no gravy, just deglazed the pan with worcester sauce, cheese sauce made with cornflour, my own courgettes. Liver was pink, not the lambs.).

Hot wings and Whitebait and Guinness lunch in a Dorset harbour. 5.5 two hours later!
Dinner was a Keema Curry with a Socca Pancake in lieu of rice/ naan bread. And wine.
