Try adding natural flavourings to your water egI have drank diet pop/soda all my life and am trying to curb the habit but am finding it difficult to just drink water. A lot of the little flavor packets you can add to water make my mouth super dry, unfortunately. I wish I could just drink fruit juice all the time! I swear if I wasn’t diabetic it would probably be peach mango juice all the time, lol. Anyways, if you have a suggestion I’d love to hear it!
Soda water with squeezed juice from half a lime is a very nice drink
