What do you miss from the 'Olden Days'?

Friends and family that have passed :(

Really loved my childhood and playing out in the summer months was a great time, my mother would say the only time she'd ever seen me was when I returned home hungry, the days were endless and life had very few stresses and strains.

A real sense of community in society , neighbours really cared for each other , and the key was under the mat !!!!

Or the local swimming pool when young, then the Silver Blades Ice Rink in my teens.

Yay :) for swimming, but we had to go to another larger town to Ice skate, but wasn't that keen on Ice skating :stop: so I did save money on the train journey. sd, you have your older avatar back :) is it by popular request ? :D
