Hints and tips to train cats please

It's very easy. You simply accept them stealing your cherry tomatoes and walk over countertop and hob, problem solved!
(Don't worry about the hobs being hot, they'll figure it out. They're cats, not idiots.)
First day of a week of sailing started with a swim in the harbour very nice.
Sailing was very grey and on and off wet as well, but the last bit was perfect!
Under motor we sailed closely past a sandbank with lots of seals that were very active. Youngsters were playing and chasing eachother, the adults were engaging in lots of adult activity, never seen anything like it!
After that it was a quiet sail with just the jib to the harbour, perfect.
Lovely group of 27 people, very good and so far diabetes friendly food. All vegetarian this week, which is perfectly fine if the food is this good.
I don't do breakfast but lunch under sail was a lovely creamy mushroom soup with lots of veggies, and apart from the veggie stock cubes all freshly made.
I asked about the ingredients, 200 grams of flour on a huge pot for 30 people so I went with a small dose of insulin, turned out well.
Evening meal was wraps (skipped those, plated the filling), assemble your own with huge bowls of lettuce, onion, bell pepper, tomato, corn, grated cheese, feta, different mayo based sauces, two types of hummus, freshly made, fried tofu and homemade falafel.
Yes, they made falafel from scratch while we were sailing, I'm utterly impressed.
Early day tomorrow, we'll leave at 7 because of the tide.
