I'm having a high BG day. Started at 10.3 and rose to 13.4 after insulin and black coffee. Took some more insulin and had breakfast of an Avocado - not very sustaining so made a kind of pancake with coconut flour, eggs and milk - not very successful, but it tasted nice. Dry fried an egg to sit on top of it. Not the best breakfast ever but it filled a gap.
I will try to make a vegetable dish with the rest of the coconut batter for 2nd meal - just to use it up and try to do something reasonably successful with it.
