"What have you eaten" Parallel Chat

Breakfast: scrambled egg. Still hungry so had a coffee. Felt really awful afterwards but recovered in time to go for my leg bandaging at the health centre. I felt as though it was the coffee that had upset my stomach so decided not to have any more coffee today.
This is a fairly new phenomenon - eat, coffee and feel sick and bloated for quite a while but it passes.
Came back from town and had 4 teaspoons of cottage cheese and a cup of tea. Felt sick again.
Had a phone call from the hospital - come in at 2 pm for a chest X-Ray. Went, still feeling a bit off, but recovering.
Came back. Cup of tea. Felt sick. Slept for a bout an hour. Half awake and needing to keep taking in fluid so I've made myself a cup of weak black tea and am waiting for it to cool. We'll see how that goes.
I may have an avocado, or half of one later. Have to eat but keeping food to a minimum for now.
No starches and only whatever carb is in a few splashes of milk in drinks and in cottage cheese. That's other than the 2 little ginger biscuits I had at 2.30 am when BG dropped down to 3.7.

@Annb I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you - hopefully these tests and medication changes will be worth it and you'll see some decent improvement. Sorry it's been a bad day for you today as well - hope that improves soon for you.

@shelley262 tigerella looks beautiful, does it taste as good as it looks? And your quiche looks so professional, not to mention delicious!

I've been out to lunch today, so it was porridge for breakfast and I had duck breast with vegetables at the pub, it was very nice.

I'm not really hungry at all now so might just fry up some courgettes with a couple of fish fingers for tea.
