What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B. 1 slice Burgen toast with cheese
L. 4x 97% meat chipolatas & 2 fried eggs
D. Last of the chicken & ham from the weekend with onion& peppers omelettes
S. 3 cheese cubes, 5 walnut halves 7 almonds
 
B. White coffee with sweetener.
L. Black tea with ginger and nutmeg infusion, One onion bhaji. One peanut butter cookie.
S. 2 Werther non sugar butterscotch candies.
T. Green tea with peppermint infusion. one onion bhaji.
S. 3 Jerk chicken legs, 3 onion bhajis (was hungry). 2 squares 73% cocoa raspberry dark chocolate.
S. 2 sula mint humbugs.
2 187ml bottles Australian Merlot, 2 babybels, 3 slices Etruscan spicy chorizo.

B: Whole Earth crunchy peanut butter on 1 slice toasted Hovis Seed Sensation bread, half a red grapefruit.
S: 2 squares JD Gross 81% choccy from Lidl.
L: Hummus and crudite.
D: Chicken casserole with sides of Brussel sprouts, carrots and green beans.
 
Cream cheese pancakes with whipped cream for breakfast/lunch (since I didn't wiggle my fat bum outta bed till 1pm)
I have to say cream cheese pancakes are lovely so is whipped cream but together.... naaasty
 
B. Porridge (as usual, these days) cream, flax, chia, cream & cranberries

L. 2 slices BURGEN, buttered with lots of ham & mustard. Glass milk

S. Jelly & cream

D. About 6 pm. Mushroom omelette, with a bit of salad cue/toms/red onion/. green pepper & olives.
 
A big Mac, A cheeseburger, strawberry milkshake, a protein strawberry milkshake and a pint of whole fat milk as you've gathered I'm having a god awful day and needed cheering up.

Edit : add a 500ml mango and passion fruit Lucozade to that list

B: coffee and cream
L: poached salmon, rocket, kale, pea shoots, tomato, cucumber with toasted hazelnuts and olive oil
S: slice of chorizo, piece of vintage cheddar
D: smoked mackerel, broccoli and cauliflower mash, steamed green beans
 
B: coffee n cream, 3 mouthfuls of leftover mince patty and an egg

L: chicken steak, mouthful of bacon and egg

D: 2 eggs, 2 sausages, broccoli and cauliflour roasted, peri peri mayo

S: peanuts, pepsi max, cheese and peri peri mayo, 2 coffees n cream
 
B : Greek yoghurt, raspberries, chopped up square of 90% Lindt choc, pecans, Truvia, double cream

L : avocado and smoked salmon

D : beef and mushrooms in red wine, courgettes fried with garlic and butter

S : pork scratchings

B: 100g Greek yoghurt, small kiwi, few strawberries, handful of mixed nuts (Brazil, almond, walnut).
S: 2 squares JD Gross 81% choccy from Lidl.
L: 2 poached eggs, 2 rashers of bacon, grilled tomato and 3 grilled mushrooms.
D: Large fillet of salmon with ratatouille.
 
B. 1 slice Burgen toasted, cheese slice
L. Lidls HP roll split, toasted &buttered, 4 rashers grilled bacon
D. Venison steak, omelette made with peppers, onion + leeks
S. 5 walnut halves, 7 almonds w strips m&s crispy bacon
My BGs have all been 4-5 today after a 7.3 fbg - go figure!
 
B: Toast (!) with a lot of butter and fried egg
L: salmon with rocket salad
D: vension sausages with cheesy cauli mash and gravy (!); brownie based cheesecake
 
B: Chocolate coco-nutty granola with Greek yoghurt
L: Large salad with smoked salmon, olive oil and some tahini
D: Small carrot and some Lancashire cheese while cooking, then creamy chicken and leeks, then fat bomb dessert and some kefir

A lot of herbal tea throughout the day
 
B. 4 rashers streaky, 2 fried tomatoes on 1.1/2 slices buttered BURGEN

S.. Cheese on toast

L. Wedge of yesterday's frittata.

D. Baked beans, giant mushroom, 2 slices "good" ham
 
B: piece of cheddar, piece of chorizo whilst walking to the train (well jogging because I was late!), coffee with cream
L: tuna, boiled egg, green beans, spinach, cherry tomato
D: mashed cauliflower and broccoli with olive oil, black pepper, poached salmon
S: piece of 70% chocolate, spoon of peanut butter, Posh pork scratchings
Too much protein, need to get my breakfast better sorted in future
