Breakfast: low carb coconut flour ‘porridge’ made with coconut milk, blueberries, black coffee.
Not hungry during day so just drank water and black decaff coffee
Dinner: casserole made with left over braised steak from yesterday, with onion, mushrooms, and red cabbage. Sugar free tonic water with slice of lemon.
I seem to remember a post asking me about the frozen avocados. Sorry can’t remember who. I buy from Tesco. They defrost in about an hour, and are fine. Not mushy at all.
Washed and crushed egg shells are useful to deterring slugs devouring my hostas. I have a jar ready to surround the hostas yearly. Some still get through but not as bad as it was.@RosemaryJackson At my age, life is too short to bake eggshells.
@maglil55 And your slugs should have lovely strong bones!Washed and crushed egg shells are useful to deterring slugs devouring my hostas. I have a jar ready to surround the hostas yearly. Some still get through but not as bad as it was.
Your carnivore plates look soooo good but I fear it would be too much meat in one go for me. I also love my Veggies.Evening all.
Reverse of yesterday’s eating pattern - picked this morning and ate properly this evening.
This morning/afternoon was too much 90% choc, cream and yoghurt.
Dinner was a decent fry-up. Yum. Note to brain, this actually tastes much better than what preceded it! One sausage left to eat cold tomorrow.

@Goonergal Ah yes, I can just about control my Montezuma 100% intake, but since I scraped out the last of my almond butter I have had to vow, BUY NO MORE of that. Tuit nutrition has a video on Trigger Foods, but I hardly need to watch it. I ALREADY KNOW!Earlier there was some 90% Lindt. Supplies of that now exhausted and shall NOT be replenished!

Final week of school run before mid term break!
B. TAG and on return 2 scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.
L. Coconut milk.
D. DD parmesan chicken - I added mushrooms and reduced some dry white wine in it (not in the original recipe). Since I still had cauliflower "steak" left, I substituted that for the shredded cabbage (without parmesan this time as there was more than enough parmesan in the chicken dish). View attachment 53280
