Hi Fran,Like the sound of the pumpkin seeds and almonds, (haven't got any, but... never heard of "chocologic neopolitans" the "cracked black pepper cheddar" cheese sounds amazing - did you have that just on it's own? I do that with brie sometimes, but I've only got a tiny bit left, I love it with baby piccolo tomatoes too. Think I might line that up for today's lunch or a snack.
Turkey Bolognaise I have stashed in the freezer... what is "cheesy cauli rice"? I bought some cauli rice and I don't like it - cheesy-ness sounds like it might salvage those packs I mistakenly bought.
Italian restaurants should be fairly easy to get low carbs. Go for Antipasta meats cheeses, olives, Let them know you are on a low carb diet and ask for a plain chicken breast/steak with salad or spinach. If they do salmon/fish ask if you can have it plain. Make sure they do not supply bread in any form to you whether its breaded food or plain bread. You will eat it unless you can refuse to eat it. Airports again will probably have salads with meats. Not sure about the service station, you might have to plan a lunch box when you know you are going. If there is a KFC, Subway or a MacD you can get a plain chicken/meat salad bowls, Just dont eat the bread/wraps. Get any sauces on the side Cheese burgers no bun is ok but not very filling imo. Boiled or poached eggs are usually available if you askAlso, I travel a fair bit. Not so easy getting a v low carb meal in eg an Italian restaurant or even a motorway service station or airport.
Good on ya, @Kyi - we are back on track!!
