thank you I found Ryvita Crackerbread in Tesco 3.8g I will try the Nairn ones too ...will give the Coyo a try as wellWell, 6 and 8 is not bad for a starting point, so I imagine you'll be able to get lower than that quite quickly on LCHF.
I buy Nairns gluten-free wholegrain crackers from Tesco, (made from milled oats, 3.4g carbs per cracker) and they sell the Coyo natural yoghurt too.
