@AndBreathe I haven't done beyond 2 hours for a while. I have to say the pasta was okay, the meatballs and tom sauce with parmesan and basil on top would probably been absolutely fine by themselves!Do you or have you continued testing beyond the 2 hour point? For me pasta is a long, slow, creep upwards to a not tooo shabby place, but then it lingers there for ages.
It must be almost a year since I tried it, so maybe I need to have another go, but I don't miss it one bit, so probably won't bother.
Omelette, just eggs or anything else added to the mix and any fav filling, I go cheese and chives when I can get chives.B: divine breakfast omelette - one of my favourite breakfasts when out
L: none
S: a few squares 70% choc, and no, i'm not confessing how many
D: chicken, courgette and aubergine in tom, onion, olive and garlic.
I grow chives in my herb patch. Bought as a plant from the garden centre, I'm no good with seeds! Love the flowers tooI want to grow chives.
As kids we were always being sent out to cut chives for potato salad. Now i would use them on a LOT more.
But all can find are the seeds, and that would mean no harvest for far too long.
Amazing that the humble chive is so humble that no one seems to bother any more!
What are cream cheese clouds? Sound lovely!B: Low carb bread with almond butter
L: Chicken & avocado salad with real mayonnaise, blueberries & cream
D: Cottage pie with cauliflower mash on top, sautéed kale, cream cheese clouds
S: in evening, almond fairy cake (fat bomb) drizzled with melted 99% chocolate
Glad you enjoyed them! They are very versatile - I cut them in half, fry in butter and throw in the blueberries to fry as well. They start to break down and go syrupy which soaks into the muffinsHaven't posted much here lately as I fear my diet is pretty boring in comparison to most but had to mention that I tried the 'English Muffins' that Mongolia linked to on Page 52 http://beautyandthefoodie.com/quick-paleo-english-muffins/ & they were really lovely. More brioche-like than muffin-like to me - even without sweetener or vanilla - but had them with creamy scrambled eggs & veg bacon & enjoyed it thoroughly! Plan to try making a sugarfree blueberry syrup & try them with some thick cream
I already had a win with the spinach puff recipe you posted @Mongolia so thank you again
