Polyols (with a few exceptions) do raise blood sugar, or cause a glycemic load (if you are Type 2?). It's the old "diabetic sweets" nonsense. Avoid.But the carbs are mainly from polyols which dont affect blood sugar.......I believe.
They are sainsburys own brand and dont affect my BG.
