Hehe there is no accounting for taste

Maybe I am over sensitive to fish pong. The only fish we have in the house is cat food and they wolf it so quickly that it doesn't have time to smell.

Since I had a thing about Kenneth Williams, he was probably too manly for my tastes.
Fish does seep into every pore but not as bad as the smell of grass silage which is vile. So glad Mr E no longer farms.

Infamy! Infamy! I liked him, but never fancied him.

to be honest. I'd think you were odd if you did fancy him as everyone of my friends just look sadly at me and the list of men I go for.

I thought he batted for the other team. And was dead. I am not fussy, but I have some standards!

Being dead is a bit of a problem. The other seems true of most of the blokes I go for.

white bread, i will have to find something else to eat

not a great dietary choice, even when not a diabetic. If you want to eat bread, have you tried Burgen with soy and linseed- readily available and a better choice than white bread. You still need to test to see how much you can eat at one sitting though.

Yes ally, look at the amount of carbs there are per slice. Bread really is the major enemy for diabetics I believe, white especially.

You need to read the threads on here on diet advice, choose a plan to follow, LCHF or low cal, etc, and do research into what kinds of food you can have. Eating white bread is poison to me. xx

Scrambled egg, sprinkle of lardon and coffee

Strawberry shortcake. Tea.

Smoked salmon and cream cheese.

Steamed fish, butter sauce, cauli mash and broccoli.

Will have a low carb choc before bed if I'm not already asleep!

Why quorn sausages if you are not a vegetarian?
