Still on my strict LCHF also called Skaldeman (after the gentleman that made this popular, is written some really good books also availbale in English)
Brekkie - Bullet coffee (coffee with coconut oil and butter, well mixed)
Afternoon coffee with a little coconut oil and jersey cream
Dinner - A lovely marbled sirloin steak, home made bearnaise sauces, kimchi and a small green salad and home grown strawberry
might squeeze in some Jarlsberg cheese

Modesty is your kimchi home made and do you have recipe please ?

I may have one of these for morning coffee if there's any left!

Now I just need to invent a low carb equivalent....

Diagnosed prediabetic Easter 2014. Just left to get on with it, no guidance or help from GP. Every day I'm learning something new.
 
Breakfast:

Once slice of low GI bread toasted with peanut butter and 3 glasses of water

Lunch:

Smoked salmon with salad including canned beans and two glasses of water

Early evening snack:

2 glasses of red wine with 3 slices of cheese

Dinner:

Lentil and vegetable soup (without potato) and two small pieces of sour doe bread and two glasses of water

In recent years I have been drinking large amounts of water everyday. Not because I am thirsty but because it is the best thing to drink.
 
Exploding garlic !!
It was to wet for the BBQ so I put the whole garlic bulbs under the grill and 1 exploded completely blowing off the skin and splattering very hot garlic all over NOTE TO SELF hot garlic burns arms

Not sure!! Tasted amazing though as I cannot remember the last time I devoured some. I'm blaming my mum as she suggested it and I was so partied out, resistance was futile!

Just tested at one hour - only 6.0. Will now test for 90 mins and 2 hour mark
