Good day for everybody

What is the best time between meals?
It is certain that there is a healthy time between the two meals
Is there a favorite time or the best way is to feel hungry as stated in my signature ?

I cant see anything about hunger in your signature, but i wait until I feel hungry, which can be a long time.

  • Do not eat before hunger and if you eat it should not be satiated
This is advice that someone has given us about 1,500 years ago

I find on lchf I don't get that hungry but I eat when I am instead of thinking set times of the day

I think the best time to eat should be after every meal seven or six hours when BG lower

I have breakfast at seven in the morning with two eggs and coffee with milk. Go out to work with the tenth drink some tea and a little peanuts. I was eating a meal consisting of some vegetables and a little meat at one in the afternoon. At 4pm, drink coffee with milk and eat some fish at 7pm At 10pm, some olives ate a hundred grams that everything my blood sugar down to 4.4 now

It depends what I’m doing and where I am. If working I have breakfast at 6.00, lunch anytime between 12.00 and 14.00 and dinner between 18.00 and 19.00 - depending on when I get home and what I’m eating. Weekends and days off are more relaxed and I eat when hungry and on holiday I eat a large cooked breakfast which means I often don’t need to eat until late afternoon.

Yes this sounds good but I think taking seven or six hours between each meal is healthy and good. It is a general rule that does not allow blood sugar to rise too high 8mmol. ( Because blood sugar is very low after six hours) Thus will make you get good results at A1C. You can take some carbohydrate-free meals between the two meals like coffee or tea
