About to say the same.. sprouts are great fried with baconsprouts are nice if not cooked to mush or sliced up and fried in oil and butter with smoky bacon and garlic
I had cabbage tonight, have only eaten it once before and hated it but it was very tasty. I am bracing myself to try sprouts, perhaps I will wait for Christmas dinner when I have to cook them for everybody else. Amazing that my tastes have changed so much. I now have broccoli, leeks, cauliflower, spinach, (home grown) runner beans. Had some kale and liked that but OH can't partake because he is on Warfarin.
LCHF rocks.
