I have recently been diagnosed with type 2. I have had depression for 40 years with anhedonia but strangely the one thing that has endured is my love of cooking. I've built up many years of culinary skills and it is a great loss for me that I will no longer be needing these skills - no more preserves making, bread making, pasta making, baking skills etc. Does anyone have any good advice as to what I should do with all my non diabetes friendly foods. I live alone with no friends or family but throwing it away seems a waste?
