Yeah, but the evening reading is about 7 hours after my last meal. I only eat two meals a day.My figures have improved a good deal due to further reduction of carbohydrates, now never over 20 grams/day.

Had a long night last night, couldn't get to sleep. Was feeling stuffy? Finally fell asleep and my glucose was 4.6. Woke up to my glucose at 4.8 but then I checked it again 2 mins later and it was 5.0?
