Thank god .been panic buying for years....i don't feel so silly now,
and on that note a plains worthy 5.7, greeted me this am..happy with that.
beautiful sunny day here in the capital.
ya all have a Good Day , ya hear..
(think the @ianpspurs / @SaskiaKC twang is beginning to rub off on me.
maybe we should have an accent of the day ?..anyone think Pirate is a good place to start..
(did that once at work, we all had to fake a Mexican accent..went rather well..from our side..
customers however were totally bemused.......... )
Just popped in, that's all grandaughter is allowing but managed a 10 minute painting today as I managed to miss yesterday's posting of a painting, I did do one thought just didn't post it.
Mrs MC on my case to get dinner started so a quick painting of The Trent Valley from the town Byepass looking at a Sandstone Outcrop with some ancient trees on, from memory as I pass them most days. A5 watercolour

They do it all the time PM...just back from work & they're swirling round my ankles for food!ahh they are adorable, love the way they wrap around each other
Excellent news about results. Must be a Talisker event surely. Congratulations .The doctor finally got around to calling me 6 hrs later than arranged. At least the results were good, HbAc1 stable at 40, Cholesterol down to 5.2 with a decrease in LDL and an increase in HDL. Vit D and B12 back to normal
Doc was very happy with the numbers and wants the next year to focus on weight-loss which has eluded me so far
Excellent news about results. Must be a Talisker event surely. Congratulations .
Those with diabetes, especially those with higher BG levels, may be at higher risk for contracting viruses.
Once contracted, illnesses can be harder to treat because of fluctuations of glucose levels and the presence of other complications.
Most of the reported deaths in people with diabetes had Type 2 diabetes, were older and had heart and/or lung disease.
Some artists @ianpspurs , in fact all that I know, and have known, don't agree with me sharing my work for free. Also they disagree with me explaining how I create a painting. They think that should be private, an artists secret. I've had some very heated arguments on that subject.
I do feel vulnerable in myself, every time, when I post a painting...is it good enough, I don't like it, it is rubbish, and that I might be giving too much away about myself within the painting, and so on.
Thank you for your words.

It is fascinating exploring art stores isn't itI am glad you and @Muddy Cyclist explain your techniques. Since I have not studied art in more than half a century, and then only a little, I am fascinated to learn, here and at my age!, what is involved in creating a picture. A few weeks ago I posted here about my visit to a local art-supplies store, and how fascinated I was exploring the aisles of painting supplies, something I had never done before in my life!
I may have some understanding of your vulnerable feeling, I feel vulnerable when I send out a poem or other creative writing to be read by someone other than me.
Thanks @PenguinMumJust dipping in. @OldButBold great result to add to yesterdays so pleased for you. @Muddy Cyclist thanks for the painting earlier the sandstone outcrop was intriguing and I loved the church way in the background..a lot of detail. I dont know about art but I absolutely love you and @gennepher sharing with us and only hope it doesnt put either of you any pressure. Thank you both.
