My art bit. Caught up by finishing my watercolur painting which I started a few days ago. Then as I had missed doing art for 2 days took a leaf out of Mrs MCs book and with waterpencils, Pastel and a gold pen tried a stylistic flower.

Your landscapes always inspire me to visit the place. I want to walk that coastline and sit by the trees to watch the sea.
I like the gold pen, adding contrast to the colours of the flower. Nice work.

Good Morning and 6.3 for me today. Could be one of four reasons I suppose. 1. For the last 24 hours I have had a crazy tooth ache came on sudden may even be neuralgia. 2. Busy days late meals, short fasting times. 3. DP, 4. It's just the way I tick. Who knows but it's always disappointing.

Flu jab at 12 today, always dread it. Although text message from health centre said 'Remember to attend at 00.00 hours' if so I'm late. :joyful: My Health Centre is hopeless.

Take wonderful things from your day. Keep safe.

Good morning everyone from tiny hints of the azure in the dark and dangerous north

The wonder wheel of stir fry chicken with shredded Chinese leaves came in at 5.7 this am (did I mention the fig rolls lurking in the kitchen).

A rather large (bigger than the number 6) official looking Kibosh (kaibosh, kybosh, kyebosh, kiebosh also available) has been dropped in front of the celebration of a birthday next weekend - granddaughter being 6 years old - we only need another 6 and the beast will make an appearance - wait a minute, that would be Boris.
So, we are off to the midlands today, covered in protective goose fat, carrying our vit D tablets in order to deliver gifts, cards, a cake with six candles on in order to have a wee birthday picnic tomorrow afternoon.

Out in the park yesterday and took a few photo’s - some of the trees and a bridge or two by the lake. Today’s sketch is of two of those trees. Have a wonderful day, as usual I need to practice my koffy calls.

Ouch! - toothache and neuralgia in one post - you might try to massage the trigeminal nerve on the side giving the pain - round the eye, front and back of ear and down the jaw line - it may or may not help.

6.3 this morning and the sun has popped its head out.

The new rules for Birmingham and the 6 person rule have left me in a real quandary as the govt has been their useless selves.

I don't have 6 friends, what should I do?

I'm sure there are people who would want to be my friend because they are going stir crazy but I looked up the definition of a 'friend' which has just made things worse. Dogs are supposedly a mans best friend but most of the doggo pics I see on FB include a woman, how can I trust the fidelity of such a canine!

The chap at the chip shop is complaining that he can't go to see his mum but can see her at work :wideyed:

Hug for the toothache, neuralgia, unhelpful dentists and Health Centres @Muddy Cyclist. Considering all that your fbg is a sterling effort (other over hyped footballers are available) @Alien Aspie great post in challenging times. Those guys down the chip shop, eh? I knew one who swore he was Elvis. I think he was on the same truth drugs as the guy who keeps bloviating profusely in that there London. @dunelm great news about the birthday bash being in before the lock - enjoy. @karen8967 have a wonderful weekend yourself. My fbg taking remains suspended but diet and feeding times unaltered. For all those who find life sub-optimal I have to say, you wear it well. Now, Jim Lad, why are the pirates restarting lockdowns? Because the rrrrr

It is crazy @Alien Aspie
I have online friends - loads, but no real life friends (actually I do have one or two) but not one one will leave their houses because they have gone crazy, so I will be in same predicament as you if we get a localised lockdown.

I was actually thinking of a new business yesterday as a result of Boris's new 6 rule, as ‘Lonely? Rent a granny (cantankerous old lady) to be in your social bubble for the day, for friendly conversation....’

How about ‘Lonely? Rent a grumpy old (word of your choice) to be in your social bubble for the day and friendly conversation...’ for you? Think how much money we could make...

Actually not a good idea, I wouldn’t last more than a few moments before I started thinking evil thoughts about the other person...

It is the potential for a new business due to the new rules of Boris, however for the enterprising...

Tablets are a nightmare Charlie began on the anti-inflammatories with tablets now thankfully he has a liquid one so much easier with a syringe...he's being co-operative so far...good luck with the fingers.

Hopeless health centre @Muddy Cyclist !

I have had toothache since beginning of lockdown. No dentist as Welsh dentists are no allowed to treat their patients. I use clove oil to calm it down. (I have several bottles!) And sometimes ibuprofen. It can be set off again by stress, but clove oil and ibuprofen again. And no sweet stuff :(

I hope it eases for you.
