Thank you @gennepher - I will have to have a go painting with my fingers but they are are like butchers best pork sausages. Thanks @dunelm for the painting compliment.
It is much easier to paint with the finger...
Very powerful water in your waterfalls...
Great painting.
Yum!I went shopping last night and have stocked up on the brazils & cashewts ...
No, not touched up. A new feature I've (we) developed using software which is a soft version of quasi-augmented reality. The key here is also new Leica-esque lenses. The other one is what an apartment block would end up looking like if I built it@BRSBRI
Is that untouched up?
Seems very outstanding from background, almost like it's been HD'd
Oh, and I see the Taiwanese, built a block with Apple maps in mind. ..
Had a lovely drive out to Swaffham (or more correctly Swarrfum as @ianpspurs pointed out).
A really lovely walk around Gooderstone Water Gardens. Although not a huge place the views are stunning as you wind your way around the paths and cross over the many bridges. Have never see the water level so high - when it crossed the weirs it was a raging torrent. Poppy really wanted to dive in.
Sad that the cafe wasn't open. A walk doesn't feel complete without a coffee after. On the way home we picked up Archie's meds from the vet.
You really must put a Molly Wimbley impression on Youtube, Ian!Glad to be of service. I d'loike Norfolk so much more than Suffolk, (much more at home) at least in as far as Narborough (from Ely) then again around the N Norfolk coast - not sure about Sunny Hunny. Some of Suffolk may be fine - Constable country? but not The Brecks for me. Glad you enjoyed freedom day.
In this troubled world and prominent bad behaviour in the news this re-enforces my belief that the majority of humanity are decent, loving and caring people, wonderful. Will miss that boy too. See him tomorrow running me from meeting to meeting and on Wednesday to catch my silver bird home...
2 whole days and evenings in his company will last a lifetime in memories. Even the jaunts across the city in the Toyota Tank were fun.
He's going to stay at the airport he says until my bird climbs away as it's good luck for a safe journey home. It left me with a lump in my throat that did...
I don't go through the main terminal anyway this time - and we will have a tea or coffee together in the wee lounge before I head off...
Hope all well with you...
Add some Ground Corrianda and Sumac, yummy. And finally ... Alanis you are so right. I seem to have solved the zero dark thirty hrs issue and new batteries may have solved the mysterious weight gain but the USP of low carb eating here is bg control. Way too flaky at that judging by my readings and so many other mystified posters. Freedom had tipped some over the edge. In this close there is an open invite - via whatsapp group- for drinks on the lawn - 6 at a time. Oh. have a recipe for a sensible thing to do with a cauliflower
Well we like it so you're outvoted, sonFinished watercolour of Beech woods I ride through, not sure I like it, actually I don't. Muse not returned so I am planning to do some Plein Air Sketching with silhouettes in mind and then starting some proper watercolour pieces.
So here is the watercolour, Beech Trees and track I ride.

Well thank you and I appreciate your appreciation.Well we like it so you're outvoted, son
Thank you, and yes you are so right. I do get out lots on my bike as we are lucky to have Cannock Chase right on the doorstep. It's something within me maybe, perhaps a little too content, maybe too upbeat, I don't know, I will however find my muse and give her a good talking to.Yes, I agree with @ianpspurs
You are outvoted!
But I know what you mean. I parked the car besides a copse of silver birches to eat my sausages and eggs today, and I was noticing each groupings of trees, and the shape of a grouping of trees as though it was one tree, and lots more. We do need to go outside and look at trees and landscapes again in different settings to give ourselves more inspiration and ideas.
We did have a fab time. It was so peaceful and we were virtually the only ones there.Glad the boy is on the mend...and you're right about coffee! Hope you had a fab day!
We also do love Constable country. Also further up the coast to Orford and Dunwich Heath. Also, Lavenham is lovely.Glad to be of service. I must restock the cashews also as Mr K ate rather a lot of them this evening. Must get brazils also as I forgot to get them these last few weeks.I went shopping last night and have stocked up on the brazils & cashewts ...
Well I think it’s fine. Maybe a tad out of focus - some bloke is developing a new gadget that will sort that.Finished watercolour of Beech woods I ride through, not sure I like it, actually I don't. Another fine piece of art with a story - that girl gets about. Fabulous cloudsFbg 6.9
Gave up on sleep last night. Cat couldn't settle. I was going to put him in bathroom so I could get sleep, but I felt mean. So I didn't...
I went and wrote postcards and stuff in the other room. Came back to bed at 5am. Cat had finally fallen asleep. So sneaked back into bed. But cat woke up. I should have gone to sleep on the couch...
I hadn't put a dressing gown on when I was writing postcards, I should've done. I hadn't realised it was colder last night. So I put electric blanket on. Cat went back to sleep under electric blanket over my feet, which I am now trying to extract without waking him so I can post my postcards.
It looks as though it is going to be a beautiful sunny day today.
And I am not wasting it sleeping!
