What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Our Rape fields are all finished and we have seas of Barley ripening. Nice painting capturing those bright jewels in the landscape.

Winner for the drive you have for experimenting. Look forward to more.

If the problem is wax, have seen several people get good results with bicarbonate of soda drops. Might be worth a try.
Thanks, will be treating my ears to a onslaught of chemicals.

Frustrating thing is when my wax was last removed Specsavers did an Audiology exam and my hearing in left ear is very poor but although doctor does have a copy of these results the NHS will not take them into account. So back in the system.

No art as we spent the evening watching Grandaughters jumping their ponies, two firsts and a second so good evening.

Found out today that my phone I have had a few years, a moto g4, has not been supported by Android updates for several years and is therefore not safe to use Android 7 phones, its like using XP!
Do you guys clock this at all?
It means changing ones phone every couple of years or so? What a rip off, I usually buy things to last and look after them.

Hi geeful,
Perhaps one of those knee supports you can get off Amazon may help until it settles down.

What a wonderful world, time to stop, watch, listen and appreciate the beauty. Nature will do what it will no matter how much we interfere.

Sat in my garden in total silence with a glass of red wine, peace, beauty and spiritual, what a wonderful evening.

23.18 pm and still warm, bliss.

Went as expected, can't do wax, now waiting for wax removal appointment.

Yes sad to loose my Blackberry, new Samsung is fine but offers far to much for my requirements. Kids to the rescue when I next see them to simplify things.
Hope you get your was removal appointment soon.
It is great that kids do come to the rescue. They don't seem to find it at all difficult to sort out Tech issues.

Went over to pick up mum's shopping list and mowed a bit of grass and managed to tweak my knee again so I'm a bit dischuffed Hopefully it will feel better by tomorrow
I do hope that it does feel better tomorrow.

Ta. Considering I spent a life time developing computer software I have to say I find the setup irritating, still I will conquere.

As for Google I accept it's algorithms as I do Amzons and many other companies, modern life, why fight it?

Thanks @ianpspurs
It is going to take me awhile to find out all the settings...

Thanks @geefull
I haven't seen any rapefields yet, but then I am not not driving journeys like I used to because of Covid...
I love that patch of yellow in your painting...

I quite like wasps @Muddy Cyclist
I have hundreds and hundreds of wasps in my garden come late summer when they get drunk feeding off the aphids on my willow trees. The ants are also milking/harvesting those aphids for their honeydew. I can stand among them, or walk through them to get into my potting shed or garage. Why do people want to kill nature? I can spend hours watching them...

This is why I had to buy the Pixel 4a recently, and I had only had my 3a just over a year, and many things were not supported now @lindisfel
