Brilliant Procreate tree sketch @dunelmGood morning everyone from an overcast start here at our little house on the prairie.
The wonder wheel of a rare bavette with a bunch of raw green and red things dropped in at 4.6 this am.
A day of two halves yesterday - morning pottering - my favourite pastime after malingering. A bit of foraging for supplies and then over the moors to our alternative existence. Today, we plan to go over to Flambrough Head - some good walks and views and a pretty good cafe. On the way, there is the spectacle of the Rudston Monolith, tallest standing stone in Britain, standing just under 8m high and for some strange reason, stood in a church grave yard - those Anglo-Saxon missionaries nicked everything. Interestingly it is about the same height going down into the ground as it is reaching for the stars so would have needed more than one person to move it - health and safety - prolapse the NHS.
Didn’t bring any art materials with me so today’s sketch is on Procreate. Have a smashing Saturday. My koffy cup needs filling.

Think the site was down, could get onto other sites easily. When I checked online yesterday and this morning,it said that this site was not down, and that it was only me. I tried again later on a different is the site down, and got told this site was up and running, and it was only me. Yet each time I tried I got server error.
Definitely the sardines @SlimLizzy02.07.

Yesterday's figures and food are lost. The site was down and I don't record elsewhere.
Today was feeling a bit off, so no breakfast, just coffee, and only managed half of that.
Seems Errant is "off" too. After being out all night, he only ate half of his breakfast. We both have wobbly tummy this morning.( I will spare you the details.) which makes me suspect the sardines from last night, even though MrSlim is fine. MrSlim has a cast iron stomach and rarely any trouble with it. My more delicate system is complaining loudly today. If not for the cat being similarly afflicted I would be blaming over indulgence in marmite cashew nuts. But it can't possibly be that. Can it?
Thank you @gennepherBrilliant Procreate tree sketch @dunelm
Why are you shrinking @ianpspurs, could it be all the recent rain?Fantastic art. Those tyres must have cost the odd dubloon. The attachment would give me the allegedly needed (almost) 165 gms protein for 6 gms carb and 81 gms fat according to Cronometer - impractical and fairly expensive. I can see why protein shakes are so popular. 30 gms whey protein isolate and 100 gms Fage 0% gives 35 gms protein for 167 kcal. Never mind PE diet, this is the Waitrose/Bulk Powders diet - good job I've started to lose some height.
At 66 I've reached the end of my useful time so 'tis par for the course. Just waiting for bits to drop orf. Goodness knows how I'll get on as I don't wear cardigans and can't stand soup. Guess I'll soon develop a dribble and slightly damp, fusty odour. Why are you shrinking @ianpspurs, could it be all the recent rain?
I don't know much about the Rudston monolith, so from my standpoint it could have been a phallasy!Hi Dunelm,
I remember Rudston, I went to the graveyard there c.25 years ago because a juvenile Lesser Grey Shrike from Southern Europe took up residence there for a time one Autumn.
I don't know much about the placing of monoliths but the early Christian churches were sometimes put on former pagan shrines.
D.
No, it's because when he left the Fens he stopped putting horse manure in his shoes! At 66 I've reached the end of my useful time so 'tis par for the course.
'oss - sorry but I could only correct that part. No, it's because when he left the Fens he stopped puttinghorse manurein his shoes!
Outstanding scouting work soldier. Brilliant attitude to fbg. We ain't lab rats - stand easy - the full picture is quite something to take in. Variables, it is always the unknown variables - unknown unknowns gonna get ya in the end. Well, them and calves liver - don't askMorning troopers.
An uninspiring 6.7 today.
Late shift, early hours TV, is what it is
Good to hear Popeye's doing ok,. @gennepher .
Spotted this on the Zoe app page.
Most has been mentioned.
But liking how the app gives so much information to researchers and redelivered to us, over what I'd say is a short time.
Nice how effective we can be when we come together.

And at such a reazzzzzonable price4WD trainers?? who else is in for a pair in each colour?I feel some conspicuous consumption may be imminent. Hang on, these are much more peng, innit.
Yes, yes, granddad - but evvvvryone at school wears themAnd at such a reazzzzzonable price
When I was in the army my normal before work run routine was 3, 5, 7, 3, 5, 10, day off - my son wanted a pair of trainers for his birthday - so I gave him £35 as a contribution - that’s what my new balance trainers cost. Not been into labels since my mum would not buy me Levi Jeans and winkle pickers when I was about 9.Yes, yes, granddad - but evvvvryone at school wears them
