What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

5.2 this morning. Damp dog walk and now rushing through some admin before my Zoom training starts. I am doing a course today and tomorrow. 6hrs a day. Looking forward to the course but not the sitting at the computer.

Brilliant Procreate tree sketch @dunelm

Think the site was down, could get onto other sites easily.

02.07.
7.10am FBG 5.6
Yesterday's figures and food are lost. The site was down and I don't record elsewhere.
Today was feeling a bit off, so no breakfast, just coffee, and only managed half of that.
Seems Errant is "off" too. After being out all night, he only ate half of his breakfast. We both have wobbly tummy this morning.( I will spare you the details.) which makes me suspect the sardines from last night, even though MrSlim is fine. MrSlim has a cast iron stomach and rarely any trouble with it. My more delicate system is complaining loudly today. If not for the cat being similarly afflicted I would be blaming over indulgence in marmite cashew nuts. But it can't possibly be that. Can it?

Definitely the sardines @SlimLizzy
Not the marmite cashew nuts....

Why are you shrinking @ianpspurs, could it be all the recent rain?

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and all who have multiple names, but more of that later.

A 5.3 this morning on that scheming, evil and totally confusing meter.

Me and me's are blessed or cursed with multiple names, but my all time favourite name is " Grandad " , yep we had our youngest grandson staying with us last night, the first time anybody has stayed since the start of the covid pandemic.
This morning was an absolute joy, he slept through till 7 am. Before Mrs J woke up I let him raid the sweetie box and as a reward he soundly thrashed me at Ludo and then he woke Mrs J up an hour earlier than her normal time.

Well folks have a great day and remember the stays. Home made jenga calls.

At 66 I've reached the end of my useful time so 'tis par for the course. Just waiting for bits to drop orf. Goodness knows how I'll get on as I don't wear cardigans and can't stand soup. Guess I'll soon develop a dribble and slightly damp, fusty odour.

I don't know much about the Rudston monolith, so from my standpoint it could have been a phallasy!

Morning troopers.

An uninspiring 6.7 today.
Late shift, early hours TV, is what it is

Good to hear Popeye's doing ok,. @gennepher .

Spotted this on the Zoe app page.

Most has been mentioned.

But liking how the app gives so much information to researchers and redelivered to us, over what I'd say is a short time.

Nice how effective we can be when we come together.

Outstanding scouting work soldier. Brilliant attitude to fbg. We ain't lab rats - stand easy - the full picture is quite something to take in. Variables, it is always the unknown variables - unknown unknowns gonna get ya in the end. Well, them and calves liver - don't ask

4WD trainers?? who else is in for a pair in each colour? I feel some conspicuous consumption may be imminent. Hang on, these are much more peng, innit.

3 in a row. This, coming from a musical, just isn't usually my normal cuppa Assam but makes a point in a very jolly way.

Yes, yes, granddad - but evvvvryone at school wears them
When I was in the army my normal before work run routine was 3, 5, 7, 3, 5, 10, day off - my son wanted a pair of trainers for his birthday - so I gave him £35 as a contribution - that’s what my new balance trainers cost. Not been into labels since my mum would not buy me Levi Jeans and winkle pickers when I was about 9.
