It is annoying that our fbs go up immediately we nibble too much.
Hope AH neighbour isn't hurting the little cat Shadow.
Have a brilliant day @Krystyna23040Off to Oxburgh Hall this morning. It is actually sunny today so will be a lovely walk. Oxburgh do doggy ice cream - which the dogs love and Mr K will have his sausage roll. I shall be on best behaviour and take my protein powder mix.
Thanks. Spoke too soon @gennepher. Grandson back in hospital and this time West Suffolk which is pretty sub-optimal vs Addenbrookes but he's still fighting poor little mite. This move is a real doozyI am glad some things are improving @ianpspurs
The rest of the stuff will improve in its own good time.
In the meantime some positive vibes and love your way...

Hugs for all @ianpspursThanks. Spoke too soon @gennepher. Grandson back in hospital and this time West Suffolk which is pretty sub-optimal vs Addenbrookes but he's still fighting poor little mite. This move is a real doozy
Thanks alf. For the first time ever tiny doubts about everything in England not being world leading are just creeping in. Two loved ones in a hospital propped up by wood and acro supports doesn't seem that wonderful to me. I know, I know. Proper doom monger me.Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen from Tilehurst Towers at the fore front domestication.
A common 6.2 this morning.
My domestic tasks have been listed, mow the downstairs carpets, hoover the back lawn, listen attentively to the female mutterings then ignore if possible.
@ianpspurs sorry to read all is not well in your family, let's hope for a swift return health for all.
I must depart now Mrs J is demanding.
Stay safe all
Am so sorry your Grandson is back in hospital.Thanks. Spoke too soon @gennepher. Grandson back in hospital and this time West Suffolk which is pretty sub-optimal vs Addenbrookes but he's still fighting poor little mite. This move is a real doozy
Thank you @gennepher
Brilliantly jewel like art from the solar ‘eye’ - I chase cats out of our garden because of all the birds and the mouse who lives in the corner - you just have to tell them to go.Fbg 7.6
I was that tired yesterday I was neither use nor ornament.
And I nibbled too much hence the rise in fbg. I could neither relax nor sleep.
I was up at 3 am too, but that is a normal occurrence for me.
I got 3 hours sleep. Not enough, but better than yesterday.
I opened the back door yesterday morning, and the little stray all black cat rushed in (what?). He/she (I think a she, I'll have to give it a name) rushed to my bedroom and dived into Popeye's bowl of wet food, and was gobbling it up as if it were starving. Popeye woke up, began growling, so instead of shooing the little black cat away I held on to Popeye while the little black cat furiously ate, cleaned the bowl and shot outside. I released Popeye who had naughty words to say to me.
It must have been in before when the back door was open to know the food was there. I had seen a black shadow from time to time when I looked near the floor, and told myself to stop imagining things. But it was that little black cat sneaking in...
Okay, I will call it Shadow for the moment.
A few times recently I heard a scream which appeared to come from a cat. And twice, this little black cat, Shadow, had shot into my garden all alarmed and with a bottle brush tail. The first time I heard a man's laugh, and Shadow shot into my front garden, all alarmed and scared and bottle brush tail. I went out in the road but no one there, nor any moving car. But Shadow had come from the direction of AH neighbour. The second time I heard a cat scream and Shadow shot into my back garden (from AH neighbour's back garden all scared and bottle brush tail again. I could hear AH over the fence.). Shadow the past weeks/month or so has always been a timid cat slinking around and has never approached me before.
I don't know what is going on. I have never seen Shadow fight, She always runs or hides. But stays in my garden when the other 3 regular strays are around. So they all get on.
In Snapseed and Procreate this morning, the solar 'eye' and reflections again photographed in the early hours. I played with it in Snapseed until the iPad battery 'died'...so that became my finished pic when the iPad charged up again.
Sun is out, going out in a mo to look what is going on outside. Two male blackbirds have been fighting...

A winner for perseverance with tech and for the snapseed butterfly - I wonder if you have email on your ageing ipad? Pushing data takes up more battery power than Fetching data. https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-80151/Fbg 6.6
Yesterday I had a good day in my garden.
Sun was out.
Sitting on my thatched swing.
My iPad is an older one. It has been used to the max. The battery does not last long at all. It barely allows me to work on a photograph digitally in the morning and post on here. I need a new one but finances do not allow.
So, I resurrected my much older Android tablets. I have 3!
All still working, but it took me an hour persuading my Nexus that it was not as dead as a doornail giving me the black screen of death. Finally I told the Nexus I was not giving up on it, and if it took me a year I would get it going again. Whereupon it gave a huge sigh, and started up beautifully.
So, then I tried the Asus. It gave the screen of death, and then finally gave me a pile of options, safe mode, reboot, and the rest I haven't a clue what they meant... finally I managed to reboot it. But a problem, it is the oldest and much earlier software. And refused to update saying I was not connected to the Internet, and it wouldn't let me install any new apps saying I wasn't connected to the Internet, but it was connected because I could Google, send messages, watch You Tube etc. However, the sound on it is appalling, and a lot of other problems, which despite spending a couple of hours on, I couldn't resolve. But the annoying thing is, it is the only one of the 3 devices which has (they are all 16Gb, so not much spare space to work with) 6Gb of space to work with (the other two only have 2Gb each).
So, on to the third Android device, Huawei. By the way the Huawei and Asus were free with the anti virus plan I bought then for my netbook I had then (I still have it, maybe I should resurrect that as well.... ). This Huawei drove me demented in the first place, so many glitches and so much wrong with it, eg the keyboard takes up to 3/4 of the entire screen depending on whether you hod it portrait, or landscape. Landscape is impossible to use the keyboard on. So, this Huawei basically got shelved. However, it still has a good battery life on it. No wonder it was given away free...
So yesterday afternoon, I was playing with this Huawei. I chilled out, outdoors on my thatched swing (I had my sound processor off of course, so no external sound from the neighbours), was completely relaxed, and time floated by...
So, I took some experimental photos to work with. I am not sure what the camera quality is, but it was good enough to use. Hence I created parts of this picture in Snapseed, and I created others. Three hours later, the battery was still only at 60% (My iPad battery would have died a death by now). This morning I have used this old Huawei for an hour and a half and it has only gone down to 83% from 100%.
So, I think this old device has some milage in it! While I save my pennies for a new iPad (or maybe my next new tablet might be an Android, who knows...decisions, decisions...)
