What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

I do agree @ianpspurs. I have sometimes noticed that I get cravings for inulin and I am sure that it is the sweetness that I crave.
The David Unwin view that all swans are white helps me there. If LC is all we need why do many of us still feel the need for and enjoy the taste of sweeter or carby things? Why make people who *genuinely "need" something sweet or carby feel they are wrong? Some people really lack awareness or are so convinced of their own infallibility.
* sometimes or from time to time. I'm not advocating daily, weekly or even monthly. 80 minutes gym, extra sets and heavier weights, OMAD was significantly unusual - guided by my body?

@gennepher I do hope that you can get your sat nav sorted. I also leave mine on because of the frequent detours due to roadworks

I agree @ianpspurs . I really love the sweetness of my breakfast (flaxseeds and coconut flakes mixed with kefir and sweetened with quite a lot of inulin and topped with Greek yogurt, berries and flaked almonds. I always make sure that the berries include strawberries as I really love the sweetness of strawberries.

Oh I missed this somehow and what a great day for you all, especially Archie - have a bit of Lou Reed.

I thought of that yesterday but thought it too twee Excellent choice but I like the BBC promotion better - Heather Small Text for Genn. Whatever you do, don't let Mad Nad of The Jungle see that.

Morning all,

6am fbg was 5.7
Woke up multiple times last night, maybe I shouldn't watch series killer documentaries before bed lol was watching the night stalker on Netflix
Hope everyone has a wonderful day

Hope you have a better nights sleep tonight. Probably not a good idea to watch the night stalker before bed.

Just realised that I didn't post fbg yesterday - which was 4.9. Today is 5.4. Really pleased with those numbers as I am only doing around 8K steps instead of my usual 12 to 15K steps when I am working.

The decorating is going well. We are living in the conservatory while it is being done and are so pleased that we had the new insulated roof installed as it is so much warmer now.

Good morning everyone from under a red sky in the morning start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north
It’s girl in the bubble week for us. Other grandparents are away so we get all the fun. The film ‘Frozen’ seems to be flavour of the week after parents introduced her to it last weekend. Art - she seems to prefer highlighters (weirdo) so we did flowers and mummy and daddy - mummy likes to have tea and a crumpet at work - who knew! Managed 5 miles over the course of the day - furthest that I have managed since damaging my spine in November. Plumber today - allegedly and will be here at 8.30 - allegedly. We live in hope.
Artwork today - not sure I overdid it sizing this sheet of paper but it adds a tinge to the thing. A cliff (without the summer Holliday) with some trees atop. Have the best day that you can, it will soon be bin day. Nearly time for a koffy.

Fbg 6.5

Windy here. My trees beating each other...

Creative today.
Going through some old apps on iPad.
Trying this one out...

Hope the plumber arrived @dunelm

Cliff is very good here...

Yup, bin day tomorrow....probably this wind will blow away all recycle before they arrive...

Morening all.

5.1 this Morening.

Running late, hence short post…perch or pillar 22 yard I seem to remember.
Stay safe

Not bad mileage after such an injury, I'd say

And put me in the hopeful pot of best wishes the plumber makes a timely appearance .

Oops .posted same time

Drat.
