What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Thank you @ianpspurs and also for that hot tip - I am running out of cupboard space for more loo rolls but I shall get the grandchildren on the case to demolish the mountain of Walkers crisps we panic bought last week.
Skips are missing from all good stockists (and some genuinely awful ones) so we have some serious civil unrest here. Your'e too late Martin Lewis (apologies for the source). Some history of food riots in this area.

Oh no, I will now have to put the daily wail through a fact checker before I am banned from all social media for 30 days. On second thoughts I might just stick with poaching - can one poach from supermarkets or is that frowned upon in todays delicate circles?

Non Dom poaching is trending in certain circles.

A hug for the hand playing up.
I can sympathise .

But a win for the positivity of the tens machine.
Sounds like you got this very sorted

I@gennepher good news that the advice has been updated and you can now use a tens machine.

Good morning everyone on a bit of an overcast start here in whatever day it is here in the dark and dangerous north
All was calm in the household until 7am today - a win win all round but I think it was because Mrs Miggins sneaked iPads (or whatever tablets are in the childrens pink armoured cases) into their bedrooms before we went to bed. Headphones included.
Farm trip was a real winner yesterday and today the entertainment is exploring the local woods and paddling in the stream that runs through it - welly boots at the ready. There are also rumours of ice cream after the expedition returns.
Art bit - a bit of blue for Cliff. Enjoy your day, every little helps. I shall continue the joy by making koffy.

Fbg 6.8

Yesterday, Shadow was boldly entering my bungalow, I left the study door open, and she was going in and out. And then later in the day came into the potting shed where I was and debated getting on my bed in there, but she decided not to. No Foxy Loxy last night either in back garden or my vegetable garden. So that is good.

This morning, Shadow was first in the cat diner, then she patrolled my garden, and left.

Next in line was Mr Magpie who is coveting the wet cat food this morning. I think his missus (who I presume is on their eggs), sent him out for something better than dry cat biscuits. He takes three mouthfuls, swallows them for himself, then chooses a big chunk for her and flies back with it. A minute or so later he is back again, so the nest is quite near. He is going to and fro this morning...

Now, the parade of the gingers. Manky Stray is eating now, but he keeps checking the sky...

Creative this morning - ink background was easy enough to do on the postcard. But still problems with fine inkwork with the Fude pen with my hand. So, I found I could import the inkwork to ZenBrush3. And then I could do the black inkwork of the detail of the tree and signpost despite my hand not being cooperative. Because I was working in layers in ZenBrush3 this meant I could use the eraser in the app to sort any strokes that happened not where I wanted them. So, for the immediate future I will probably work like this. Then Snapseed for name and frame.

This also means I still have the actual coloured inks on the postcards, possibly to do a more personal postcard detail for my postcrossing when the postcrosser requests particular subjects.

So, win win!

Coffee next...

4.8 this morning. Yesterday was a good day. Dogs went to the dog groomer and look shiny and clean. Did some shopping and admin. It's lovely to slow down and work in a relaxed way.

Greetings chums. If you are reading this do give thanks to whom or whatsoever you chose to for "being above ground again." I/you/we can "go from here". (Optimistic sporting - rugby- reference) Unknown fbg here as I'm overly slack in buying more sensors- lack of trust (sensors and woe) not cost of living crisis ™. @Jojo85 great fbg and you have yourself a great day as well. @dunelm brilliant plan (iPads) by Mrs M, thanks for the art and a very traditional day planned for the grandchildren today. Precious memories on both sides. @gennepher thank you for the creative which may have proved a challenge which you successfully overcame - as usual. You are remarkably observant of and caring for the wildlife. Quite disturbing watching Panorama last evening. All caveats about bias, fake news aside something is badly wrong for far too many people. Perversely, despite my visceral repulsion by/of? vacuous boosterism © - ok, blatant lies - the following is heartfelt. However you manage to achieve this I hope and pray your day brings serenity and a beatific smile adorns the visage of all here regardless of life's adversity - including meter readings. Go Team D.

Shadow seems to be slowly yet boldly viewing a possible new home. Smashing use of ZenBrush3 that has worked very well to the destination of ‘there’

MrSlim was , unusually up before me and brought me coffee in bed. So no FBG today.
We had some errands in town, but the car has sprung a leak so that has to be fixed before any further progress can be made.
I hope the leak is easily fixed as apart from that the post was a clear winner.

Love the blue flowers on the tree @dunelm
A great day yesterday with the little 'uns....
