What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Thank you very much @ianpspurs

So sorry that your adventure didn't turn out well @gennepher. Your drawing was really good - so something good did come out of the disaster.

Thank you @Krystyna23040
I realised I needed to be able to draw very quickly, because I wanted to get out of the place. But the temptation was to take the pen off the screen to draw his camera a bit more precisely. But I knew if I did that, I would spoil the spontaneity of the drawing....
Thanks...

Thank you @ianpspurs

A bit broke off the vacuum cleaner - flimsy, plastic. Can I repair it? Super glue and stiff arthritic fingers - what can possibly go wrong. The last time I did this I super glued myself to the side stand on my bike while laying on the floor in the garage trying to hold a wee foot plate to the bottom of said stand so that I could get the bolts into their slots - luckily I had my phone and called Mrs Miggins. After she had finished rolling about on the floor over egging the laughter, she got some acetate and freed me.

@dunelm sorry about the schoolboy laugh over gluing yourself to the stand but comedy careers have been built on far more flimsy foundations. @Lamont D if you happen upon a familiar looking chap wandering around obviously lost do remember your upbringing and the reputation of the inhabitants of your native City for being the epitome of the better angels of our nature.

No breakfast me either.
I consider myself rather plain but distinguit, in defence, I have had a hard life.
I worked with a guy, whom was known to have it the article is to be believed, a box of form flames every morning. To be honest, he abused the word ugly!
When we were next to each other, the gruesome twosome was often heard.

No counselling, I've been cancelled twice in consequence days.
Feeling let down and paranoid about it.

Being close to Port Sunlight.
We have a prime example of philanthropy and looking after the health and wellbeing of those who you rely on to work for you. Something that modern money know very little of.
Lord Leverhulme legacy is impressive.
So is the artwork @gennepher & @dunelm.

When is spring heat arriving? Dry and plenty of sunshine but the breeze is arctic. Last few nights have been very good for stargazing. So clear. But foghorns heard on the river early morning.I

Mrs L has settled after yesterday's non appointment.
But still having her moments of confusion, as she has lost her purse and bag in the same p!ace, she put them.
And found them.
And Mrs L still insists that I cannot find my own ......!

Gotta go.

And I'm so glad that, went the day well @dogslife.
@JohnEGreen how ye diddling, in that luxury hotel?

One of me is enough, according to everyone!!
We do do that don't we tho!
No torys would be found roaming around here.
Apparently, his bodyguards outnumbered his audience near the airport.
Wonder if he used an expensive helicopter again?
Another minister, not the hunt, be careful, has used public money to pay for court damages.
Should resign or sacked, shocking. Typical!

In other news......
Apparently, allegedly, a certain media tycoon is to announce who our next premier is to be, as soon as our ruler takes his phone call.
See Larry & Paul's Broken news!

It was very much like my non appointment yesterday, the so called budget. Really disappointing and nowt for the disabled and those really struggling.

Nighttime wildlife video
Fox snarls & warns Badger then Badger takes his frustrations out on back of swing

This is Pa Badger, it was Foxy Loxy that warned him. Pa Badger went to back of swing and is trying to break or chew through all the ropes that tie on the cloths to the swing. Pa Badger is also pulling the cloths through from the slats at the back of the swing, and they end up trailing on the ground getting sopping wet. Pa Badger also pulls through and chews up the Amazon cardboard packaging that I pad the swing with to try and keep the cats warm in cold weather...

Many of my video clips each night are of this swing apparently rocking by itself...

Creative is a photo of Japonica which I planted 20 years ago all round my garden,,,...

Time for a cuppa tea.

Have your best day.

Edited to put in YT link which disappeared...

FBG no idea.. sorry
Becoming more and more stressed over the impending visit from my youngest brother. Ridiculous I know - but it's happening anyway. Vacillating between cleaning and hiding in a book... not productive at all - then panicking about the mess....inside and out.
Oh and stress eating - had to let my belt out three holes. A cuddle with a cat would probably help, but Kiki won't stand for that
By Sunday I may have calmed down

That Pa Badger needs a smacked leg and sent to the naughty step. Lovely Japonica in bloom.

A hug for your stress. Maybe wafting between a little cleaning and a few pages of a book (or a lot of pages ). Try not to let the perfect get in the way of all the good things.

Good morning everyone on another damp, overcast, chilly yet somehow marvellous start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north. Today is an adventure. There may or may not be episodes of staring at sofas and perhaps even sitting on some. Whatever, I am determined to remain surprised and looking interested while at the same time checking the booby traps on my wallet. Is it spring yet? Have the visitors been? Art bit - postcard size. Some Paynes Grey with a dash of red. I think it was red - it’s all a bit mixed on the pallet. Could have been vermillion mind as it has been there for quite a while. If you think that it’s Friday then you are in the moment, so enjoy it. I shall do the Monty Python “a minute past” sketch and slurp koffy.

What a wonderful send off for your mum @dogslife
