No it doesn't, it doesn't help with my anxiety when I am not by her side. I have a somewhat worrying state, when I do go out for more than a few minutes. She still believes that her abilities, far exceeds her capability.Sorry to hear that Mrs L has had another fall. It must be unnerving for both of you. Glad she didn't hurt herself though. You're right though, you can't be by her side all the time with so much that you have to do. No reason to feel guilty but I don't suppose that saying that will make you feel any happier.
You will have @Lamont D I am sureI'm certain I have seen that view.
colour is fab.
reminiscent of summer twilight evenings.
Hugs for both you and Mrs L @Lamont D6.7 today and average for last week.
I am recovering from two adverse circumstances.
First, Mrs L has again fell over, tripped but managed to do no damage except to her pride.
She had taken a nap on the couch this mid morning and of course my visit to the shops coincided.
Of course, it was this time when I was out that she fell over.
I will add, that my last look before going to the shops, Mrs L was softly snoring.
I am angry at myself for not being there. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone. But waited.
But I do realise that I could have been upstairs, in the garden, or in the kitchen. And it could have happened.
I still feel really guilty.
Second.
I had a really good entertaining football game to watch last night, no, not Arses peno shootout.
But my lot, had something of a change of style of how to play the game. As I say entertaining!
And we won as well, against the top team!
Stunned I am!
Waiting for a phone call from a solicitor who helps with claims. We shall see.
Recommended by doctors to try and claim on my behalf.
Dry this a.m. Now raining, did a bit of a ten minute tidy up after the wind last night. Also cleared some seeds and such around paving. It is a bit warmer but not enough to relax in garden.
Chicken breasts with salad I'm cooking.
And a nice trifle for Mrs L.
Have a wonderful Wednesday.

They are very good at talking only in Welsh when they know you haven't a clue what they are saying @Lamont DRightly so.
Wish I could have learned the language
Mainly to understand what the Welsh boyos were saying about me.
No issues this side of the Dee.There has been a massive internet outage here. I have had to go on a car ride to find somewhere my phone would work...
Hopefully it's sorted by tomorrow....
Take care...
Em felt better last evening, but worse again by this morning. The rash has faded quite a lot. Not at all sure what is wrong - her Mum has also gone down with something similar but no rash.12.03
FBG 5.2 After another day of ( very nearly)sensible eating. At least the extra snack was cheese not a whole packet of biscuits.
MrSlim is making great progress with the bath replacement despite it being not exactly the same size. Am off to town , he needs silicone for some joints and I want more seeds.
Have invited a couple of English ladies who live nearby for coffee on Wednesday. Would be great to have more contact with French people but that is more difficult to arrange.
@Annb how is Em? Has she got measles?
Get well wishes for all of you who need them.
I'm back...or rather Internet is.No issues this side of the Dee.
Thought outages would not happen?
More porkies?
Or what?
So sorry to hear that @Lamont D .First, Mrs L has again fell over, tripped but managed to do no damage except to her pride.

Best wishes for a smooth uneventful trip .Drip trip day here so Moscow, pre-hydration needed. Hopefully the nurses actually do find it in vein - is veination a word?
Thank you @ianpspurs. Beef stew now in the slow cooker. Shallots, mushrooms and lardons all fried in butter will be added before serving with chopped parsley sprinkled from a cheffy height. All the best for the drip trip. Take a pie as it’s Pi day 3.14 in little LA speak.Morning all from a breezy, sullen skied but so far dry L.A. @dunelm the beef stew sounds as though it will be delicious and thanks for the art. At least here we get a whole year for our brown bin fee although many of the exclusions make little sense. The joining fee is well over 50% more expensive here. @jjraak I can just about see the big beast in @dunelem's art. I'd wholeheartedly agree with your advice to @Lamont D having seen/helped my dad go through something similar - even with carers (I found out/had guessed he frequently gave them fuel/food money) it definitely cost him a few years - and seeing how much JKP needs the help of myself and the boys. One good thing the council do/have done this year is pay for JKP as MIL's carer to have her "nails done" Little things mean a lot. Drip trip day here so Moscow, pre-hydration needed. Hopefully the nurses actually do find it in vein - is veination a word? Delicate balance between hydrating enough - amazing how much harder and time consuming it is to find some patient's veins - and stumbling around to go to a loo attached to all the gubbins. Have a good day even with that image living rent free in your head.
Thanks for the good wishes. The race post echoed my thoughts (what I actually think most of the time isn't really "safe" to be shared, so best to keep quiet) on the (literally) macabre "race" poor JKP is witnessing/living through twixt me and her mum. That's where the hugs and prayers are most needed.Best wishes for a smooth uneventful trip .
Mmhh not sure, but if that's a misspelling, be cautious if you see any gondolas...just saying .
Ooh, we've had to pay for a garden wheelie for last few years, and for only a partial year as well @dunelmGood morning everyone on a lacklustre start to this weeks International Bin Day celebrations here in the dark and dangerous north. There is a new ‘scheme’ in place where you now have to join a club to get your garden bin collected - £40 for not even a year, April to November and you can’t shove in your Japanese Knott Weed clippings - outrageous - write to Mr Blobby! Only 10,000 steps yesterday and only achieved by a just before midnight visit to the bathroom where the fitbit exploded into congratulatory nonsense and disturbed the auto-pilot sleep walk. Beef has been marinating in red wine, thyme, bay and black pepper overnight so that stew will be into the slow cooker in a while. Art bit, another random wet on wet and try to make something of it. Anyhow - if you woke up - enjoy the day. I need koffy and then to peel some small shallots, but not in an island castle cursed by frigid isolation.
