Time passes quickly from last Sunday @JohnEGreen
I hope all goes well today xx
Very wise @gennepher.You're lucky...12.9 here when the sun came out @Lamont D
I thought it was prudent to stay under my blankets in bed...
Look after yourself mate. All over and done with now just have to wait for lab results.
Was in the hospital over 4 hours may take a few days to recover. Feeling exhausted so am of to bed bit early I know but best place for me right now.
Not good news, obviously @JohnEGreen.The happiness and joy we had been feeling over the riddance of the toxic government and the optimism and hope for a better future I’m afraid has been tempered for us somewhat today with the news that Judith’s sister has been diagnosed with Leukaemia a bit of a shock and rather upsetting.
Yes, it's all good fun @gennepher.It's when those Badgers have had an all night party (the mess) that I have to clear up after @ianpspurs
All the plants in the ground are the animals', they've made that clear. I do have hanging baskets which the badgers and foxes cannot reach, but the squirrels can reach and I discover I have a baby oak tree forest in them...

Wow, love this tree @dunelmGood morning everyone on yet another all things bright and beautiful start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north. 5.9 this a.m. probably due to scratching an itch with some peanuts last night. Smashing walk yesterday. Lots of broad leaf Plantain going to seed - they have a similar effect as psyllium and some folk still collect the seeds and pound them into a form of flour. I like the young leaves in salads, bitter like some leaves available from a posh costermonger. Indications of a bumper crop of blackberries. A fun packed day ahead; Lung Health Check and then a double appointment at the dentist with the Painless Pole and his side kick Philomena Tooth-Filler and her juggling gargle pots. Sounds expensive but I might get a sticker. French elections - that’s gone really well - or not. There is a place in Whitby called Arguments Yard - I think that’s where the French Parliament will now sit. Art bit - decided that yesterday’s was finished so did another. Hope your day is a Monday. If not, it’s only a word on your pill sorter. Whatever, always remove stones from your shoes. Best get some koffy organised.
Well, that is brilliant, no dressings refusing to behave, floating around on your torso @ianpspursGood morning all from L.A. on the ninth anniversary of my lifestyle change. How is that going? At least 1 skip full of boomslang skin, knotgrass and other weird ingredients thrown away. 700,000 hrs of JKP's life wasted forever cooking disgusting recipes -- yes Diet Dr I'm looking at you - folk here eulogise to the heavens. Hundreds of pounds spent on foods even 4 different dogs won't eat. Well over 25% of starting bulk gone forever, continually hungry and cold. Walked the legs off 1 pair of dogs, built and furnished a home gym. Now never without a Kg tub of crunchy peanut butter - no Palm oil, just nuts but defo not the smooth nonsense. Elsie Keto a person of interest in the really, really naughty issue BUT all A1c's sub pre-diabetes - last one in May was 33. To be totally honest I'm not sure if it has been good or bad for me. @dunelm thank you for the sketch which is evocative of something or other. I think my maternal grandmother had something similar hung on the wall of her "front room." @gennepher another simply amazing kaleidoscope - thank you. @JohnEGreen take it easy today and no wonder that fbg was as it was. Here, last night was the first for a month that I slept without any dressings on my torso. Very odd feeling but obviously cause to thank God. Y'all have as good a day as you can - oddly it is tea time here. 800 mls mug of Assam as per, which harks back to the start of this missive - my way of coping with the nonsense.
Thank you @gennepher. It is quite a significant day and some very odd sensations to which I need to adjust. I hope you have a restful day after a few weeks - ahem, years? - of stress. I may have been lucky with BP as I've so far not had any in my mouth, ears or "discreet areas"Well, that is brilliant, no dressings refusing to behave, floating around on your torso @ianpspurs
Thank you for the kaleidoscope compliment...
Maybe He likes a laugh now and again. Certainly some of the shenanigens some of us get up to are risible without any intervention from Himself.Thank you @gennepher. I may have been lucky with BP as I've so far not had any in my mouth, ears or "discreet areas"Thanks be to God. Psalms 39 and 40 seem very, very apt for me today - as is the thought of avoiding the emerods mentioned in ! Samuel 5. I think God may have a real sense of humour to meet out that punishment to the Philistines.
Thank you @Annb. How are your family now and more to the point how are you and Neil? Apologies for not spelling mete correctlyMaybe He likes a laugh now and again. Certainly some of the shenanigens some of us get up to are risible without any intervention from Himself.
Glad that there has been some improvement in things for you Ian. Perhaps still far to go, but it is a small blessing.

Thanks @Krystyna23040. Still have dressings on legs and elbows but they are "tethered" JKP sourced some netting stockingette from China which the NHS can't/won't provide. As for food, I can eat Montezumas for example but unlike you, and many more, it and many favourite foods here are only ever to add calories not pleasure. This is about my wheelhouse for high % chocolate. Moot point if it is because it is Waitrose premium label or the actual taste. What can I say? Despite Naomi Klein I'm shallow and like labels. BTW excellent steer on Rohan. Good sales this summer - ignore Mr K for once and be like Viv NicholsonReally good news - no dressings.
My favourite also - proper crunchy nut peanut butter - no palm oil.
