Good to see you @ellesangel and we look forward to celebrating your successes and supporting you when that meter/sensor lies to you.9.2 though I had a little chocolate as a treat yesterday. Will work it down over the next few days.
Cash wouldn't have helped today, a total automated system apart from the cashier using the scanner, wouldn't allow anything to be sold. The only thing that could/would have worked would have been an honesty box, or the slate...And some folk want to get rid of cash. Everything now is on line or on an app. For travel, I always take a screen shot of tickets and then print them out - it’s a must for boarding cards when flying.

Creative...I am tired, and not one ounce of creative energy in me.
I made an ink blot with a pipette dipped in some black fountain pen ink.
My drawing on here is minimal.
I've had two nights of no sleep, and two nights with 3-4 hours sleep.
I had the thing this morning where no tills or scanners worked in the mini market post office. Tha manager would not allow us to leave just money for stuff. And so a whole pile of people left the place with no food.
There is a total powerlessness in todays's society.
My suggestion of put it on a slate, and we'll pay later did not go down well with the manager.
What happened to the days when you simply left the money on the counter if the assistant was busy, and it was just put in the till later - yes, I know, it all has to be computerised, accounted for, scanned within an inch of its life, etc nowadays.
Having cash on me didn't help this morning...
So, back to creative for this morning...brain had had enough, not one creative brain cell was available for a creative...what did I do?
An ink blob from ink in a pipette.
Then a Japanese fine liner to draw a tiny bit.
Put it in Snapseed for name and copyright symbol.
How long did this take...well, in thought processes, just sitting and being, watching the magpie break another of the birds fatball holders and stealing a fatball, watching Midnight sleeping, looking at my one flowering teasel with the first large cabbage white butterfly I have seen this year and the first bee I have seen this year....this creative has taken 5 hours.
Have your best day...
Take care...

Thankyou very much for the compliment Ian.Despite circumstances seemingly conspiring to thwart your creativity you overcame and produced somethingI imaginemost here would be elated with on their most creative days. Hug for the lack of sleep and not being where you want to be creatively but from my perspective that is a triumph. Peace be with you.
It will be a total nightmare if he gets in again.Stupidity, hubris or just laying out his intentions? Did he really just say that? Never mind my fbg, come January 2025 that clownshoe could have his finger on the button for the not too secret arsenal in West Suffolk without any grownups in the room
The Olympics are not my favourite either.Turned sunny this am then very hot for Cumbria this pm.
Afraid the Olympics not one of my favourites.
Some interesting birds about if I was mobile.

Thank you very much @Krystyna23040I hope that you have a good night's sleep tonight.
What a nightmare shopping trip.
Although you say that you didn't have one creative brain cell available for a creative - your creative was actually brilliant @gennepher.
Glad you got a bit more sleep @JohnEGreenWell it’s just gone 5AM and fbg is 5.8 the pain in my feet and legs subsided enough for me to get a couple of hours sleep so feeling better for that.
The scan I had in February that resulted in being admitted to hospital because of the leaking AAA stent was actually to enable them to determine a plan of action to deal with the PAD but so far have heard nothing back from them about it so I am thinking of trying to contact them over the coming week they did say to contact them if pain gets worse but so far have resisted doing so.
I have a number of appointments booked for wound dressings at the doctors for this week coming.
Last week had several blood tests done yesterday had a message from the surgery asking me to book a follow up blood test but not telling me which blood test needs a follow up should be interesting when I go last time this happened the nurse had no idea what test was required and had to guess.
Anyway have bored you all enough with my trivia hope every one has a good day ta ta for now.
Well it is a smashing creative and those tired brain cells rose to the occasion. Watched a programme last night and in a segment of it, an artist on the eastern seaboard of the USA was creating art for fishermen who took in something caught. The artist painted the catch with sumi-e ink and then did a sort of brass rubbing of it onto paper - Interesting. You could also look up the word Gyotaku - Japanese fish painting.Fbg 6.9
