A cracking set of numbers there. My waking BG was nice, again. 4.9 mmol/L, that's two days in a row down below 5mmol/L.
Great news, I've broken a psychological barrier, my weight finally dropped below 87kg, and % body fat 27% way down from 33%.
Yes, you are right @ianpspurs - the dead don't tend to be repeat customers.@Krystyna23040 that is much too sensible, typically caring and such good long term business sense: the dead don't tend to be repeat customers. In so many ways UK Plc really did jump the shark around 2015 and refuses to be rational again, much preferring Kayfabe. Remember to also rest and recharge as well as plan over this - what, downtime?/preseason?.
Yes, I totally agree that our brain lies to us.seeing how you are interested in how our bodies, can or cannot do certain things.
I have been interested in how mine works, Cos of my condition.
but one thing, that many do not know about their bodies, the brain lies.
I know it sounds weird, and who isnt?
but when you have a metabolic conditions, and the signals the brain received and in turn replies, does not correspond, as you would hope it does.
The imbalance in hormones which includes everyone that your system uses, will not correct the imbalance.
it often over corrects, over produces, under control the response, and plenty more.
this is why that your hormonal producing glands or organs can be either hyper or hypo.
And your senses, gives the brain information, that interprets this as something pleasing or nice to eat.
And you really do want it and it's hard to refuse.
Will power goes out the window.
And as a diabetic you shouldn't, resistance is futile.
Your brain says yes!
It is telling you to do something that you really know you shouldn't!
Your brain is lying.
That is what I'm up against everytime I go the bakers for Mrs L.
I tend to agree that a universal payment should be implemented.A nod to future of universal benefits, me thinks otherwise how do those with no money
Buy the products the factories produce.
And we all know, while those who may hold the power reins may feel safe.
The masses, when embittered or enraged enough, can and do topple those in supposed power.
So feed the poor
Or
It's eat the rich
A cheery thought indeed .
I blame the French!I'm all for justice, equity and social harmony, (I read the Guardian, am the thread's token woke) but could a couple of you chaps just chill your beans and hold off on the revolution a little longer? Perhaps until the summer at least - that's traditional rioting season. Way too chilly for some of us to be on the barricades just now. I would need to order in my Gucci Les Mis costume first (missed the Christmas delivery date now), my turkey is on order and there is so much sport on TV over Christmas and New Year. Have your people talk to my people, we'll find a window.

Extra hugs for the sore arm @Krystyna23040Arm is a bit achy (actually a lot achy). Had my 2nd shingles jab this afternoon. This Autumn I have had the full set of vaccines.

Nighttime wildlife video
Cat Jade sees beady eyes - leaps & catches her prey - later just Badger Willow comes foraging - last clip is Jade waiting for her breakfast, she can hear me getting up and...has left the dead rat at my kitchen door. She never eats them. And I feed her well.

Creative...this is my Christmas blanket. It is a red tartan. It does not look like this at all. This is what it looks like in laboscope kaleidoscope app...
A bit chilly today...
Got back home midday to a paving firm, with all their massive vehicles completely taking up all available space on the road so that they could do a neighbours paving in the back garden and I had one heck of a job getting to, as well as into my driveway. I always reverse in so I come out forwards, but not a hope of doing that when I got back at midday. There was barely room to get in forwards. I need to get out very early in the morning in the dark and I need my car forward facing before it gets dark tonight. I need to check the windscreen wash as well.
I wasn't impressed with the workmen, they were unable to push a wheelbarrow half full of soil up the short plank into the trailer. Boss man had to help each person to get the wheelbarrow up. Either it's their first job or they are a flyby night firm..... their vehicles look all new with new painting and brand new logos..... as you can tell, I don't trust any of them....
Right, I need a hot cuppa tea from my flask.
A short nap... then lock up, feed the beasties, and then go out and see if they are still there or if they are gone for the day, and then I can finish off my odds and ends of bits on the car and clean the windscreen et cetera....

That's brilliant @gennepher. The more we practice the better our brains are at decoding the messages sent by the proprioceptors in our muscles.
While asking questions re mums condition, an overly acute fixation with money is very common .What is the thinking behind it all.
Actually, the first one I had 6 months ago was completely pain free. I don't think it was the vaccine itself but how the nurse injected it into my arm.Me again, sorry. @dunelm yesterday with TGIB sounds wonderful and thank you so much for sharing the art. King Edward's are the go to for Christmas roasts here and the Christmas Eve par boil, shake and smother in November's goose fat routine is all the rage. Enjoy the wander into town. @Krystyna23040 hug for the sore arm. I have been invited to partake of the shingles jab, that response doesn't fill me with joy. @jjraak very useful feedback from the advice given on dealing with that condition, hug for the memories and frustration at the time. Later we need to collect then mind the same two grandchildren, in Dad's house - #smartmetergateissues. Y'all enjoy Tuesday: SPOTY is relegated to Chewsday now, very little room left in that handcart
