What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Just had an e-mail from Ancestry to say that my DNA shows I am unlikely to be one of the 2% of people who can wiggle their ears! Wrong. But why is that of any interest at all?
You are being recruited by MI5 that is a coded offer.: oops, I shouldn't have said that.

On the AncestryDNA group on FB a couple of users said they got the same EMail today daft isn’t it.

I am neither use nor ornament tonight.

I was out today to see my friend, a lot of driving boat (spellcheck what the heck are you doing to me tonight?)we talked a lot, and I came home via a route where I could visit a shop where I wanted some storage containers. By the time I got home and put stuff away, I had no energy left and fell asleep on the couch, which is where I am now.. I have no inclination to move and I don't even have the energy to do a creative, but I found a scrap of paint where one of my creatives had gone over the edge onto the next page and so I used that bit to draw some trees (cheese not trees says spellcheck) with a fine rotring (rotting spellcheck insists) pencil thing. This confused me so I kept falling asleep...

Will read your posts in the morning... I do not have the energy to fight spellcheck tonight...
Night night...

Hope you are rested now. I like the simplicity of this piece.

Good morning everyone on an out of kilter start to bin day here in the dark and dangerous north.
Out of kilter this morning as I got up early, have already consumed a mug of tea and am now on koffy. This does not aligned with my morning routine. I have taken my lung inhalers, forgot to stab my finger and I usually line up my pills before koffy - oh well, I shall use it as a test of mental agility - no, really!
One of my sisters is a teacher in the USA . She is producing a short film looking at daily travel in different parts the world. So today I will be staring in two short clips; a walk into town and then catching a bus. I am taking a train on Saturday so that will be another one.
Art bit - a splash of red.
Can you enjoy your day? Between virtue and vice lies the middle ground of indifference - not giving any ocurance more power or preference than is appropriate. Unless of course it’s koffy, but then I have already had mine.

Fbg 7.8 so back into target.

I'm feeling a bit more positive this morning. I think I slept quite well, which always helps. The sun is shining, but it's about -3, so have to defrost the car

Off to the podiatrist at 9, so going for coffee shop breakfast first. It's also pay day, so that's my excuse for a little treat. Then in to work to see if they've worked out how to pay for the rollator yet...

Expecting two big files of fairly poor quality to be uploaded today or tomorrow, then it will be busy, busy, busy trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, as my mother used to say. My brother would say it's a gigo situation (garbage in, garbage out), but I've got auditors to satisfy...

Then it's my favourite part of the week -choir practice - tonight. 2 hours of singing and silliness, then another hour (at least) catching up with my pals over a brew.

Hope everyone has a good day!

I am sure that spellcheck knows when we are tired and it has a better chance of getting away with the ridiculous alternatives it comes up with.

Good morning everyone on a deliciously quiet yet drizzly start to what is commonly termed “Wednesday” - after one of the children in The Adams Family.
5.6 this a.m. and the sun was shining brightly when I go up - maybe it will return, or not.
Smashing day yesterday. Mrs Miggins took The Girl In The Bubble swimming. Then after lunch we did a bit of painting after which she trundled along on her bike with grandparents trying to keep up. Gaining confidence but still reliant upon stabilisers.
I walked into town and back while the swimming took place. A tiny little woman hunched over a stroller trying to cross the road so I stopped the traffic and escorted her over. She informed me that there was a lot of wind to which I replied, “I have a friend with the same issue”. - Look on her face - priceless!
Art bit - just a load of Paynes Grey.
Hope your day contains more smooth paths than bumpy ones. I shall make my koffy and write out a shopping list.
A beautiful Payne's Grey painting @dunelm

I bought Mrs L a three wheeler rollator off Amazon for around £80.
The one from the council was a four wheeler, but too wide for the house.
The council gave me a 4 wheeled rollator for the bungalow. Like you, it was too big for the bungalow, I would've had to have all the doors widened in order to negotiate to get into all the rooms. The builder of the bungalow in three places put all three doors right next to each other in the small box shaped hallways @Lamont D

6.5 this morning.

Got an email yesterday from the person running one of my venues. The synod had requested all hirers to fill in a horrendously long and complicated hire agreement from and provide risk assessment for our activities. If we didn't provide the information our hire agreement would be cancelled. So no pressure there..

I was so happy to hear that I did it correctly. Apparently I am the only one so far who has done it right. Thank goodness it was ok. It took me ages to do.

The stupid thing is about spellcheck is that I either wrote the correct sentence or I spoke the correct sentence and spellcheck initially put the correct sentence in and then seconds later it makes a completely different fairy story of that same sentence, and at this point I haven't a clue what I initially wrote @Krystyna23040

All this makes life unnecessarily complicated, and stressful @Krystyna23040 because you are going backwards and forwards on the online form to check what you have written and then you lose the next page that you just wrote....
