Belated happy birthday to JKP. Glad to hear it was wonderful. You both deserve it.Morning and Happy Easter to you all. Congratulations to everyone for sticking with the program of checking BG levels once again. I have been following your posts with interest once again this week. @gennepher, another week of sharing creatives and frustrations with AI and bureaucracy. The ALT text is a wonderful idea. I have to say I would never visualise/imagine what the actual images are from the text but that is entirely my fault. Your ability to "paint a picture" and "give life" to a subject via language is as highly developed as your talent with visual media. Wonderful. Yesterday was JKP's birthday and the East Anglian boys (virtual wishes and song from Hampshire) treated us to a wonderful meal so no lamb today. Beef tomorrow with #3 son and partner. @JohnEGreen of course thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. To those sharing Easter Egg hunts with family or friends today, treasure the moments. They are what to hold onto in dark times, the shadow of something truly substantial. If even the shadow is this good ..... He is risen indeed, Alleluia!
Thank you.Belated happy birthday to JKP. Glad to hear it was wonderful. You both deserve it.
You are in my thoughts @JohnEGreen for a successful outcome....Fbg was six point seven this morning.
Adrian is here for a few days he got a flight from Dublin to Birmingham a couple of days ago yesterday Keiran brought hi girlfriend over to meet us for the first time she is a lovely girl and brought a cheese cake she had made for us. Not sure how serious it is with them but they are talking about buying a house together so that should give us a clue.
I have a biopsy being carried out on Wednesday and have been told that chemo may be considered after that at some point and hopefully that may extend what time I have left so some thoughts and prayers would be appreciated.
So God bless you all and wishing you a happy and where applicable a spiritual Easter.

That is amazing @dogslifeHappy Easter Sunday everyone. The sun is shining! My fbs at 7am was down to 6.9-- amazing considering I stopped one of my diabetes meds.3 days ago.
Somehow I missed that news. Thank you for letting me know to look for it, Ian. I had thought it must be close, but didn't realise it would be quite so soon. Despite a certain amount of criticism, he was a good man and a good Pope, I think. I'll pray for him too.Morning all from a surly skied L.A. a sulky teenager style weather day. To our Catholic friends here, prayers for the soul of the late Pope and a personal hope for another with the same instincts. I don't know my fbg but did have an A1c last Thursday so eventually I will see the latest trends. I may use Libre again after the 30th - don't want to fry the spiffing new MRI or my arm. Y'all have a good day now, we are having ye roast beef of Olde England with #3 son and partner.
