What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Your acrylic inks look interesting @dunelm

Ok I thought I lost you all

Finally got back on thread,
But no choice of layout

And the red & white is so garish

Any hints how to set it back to serene black background.

Minds too frazzled to work this out itself .
It makes me feel physically sick @jjraak

I just got oops a few times before I got back in...

Good morning everyone on a pale and sterile washed out forum, bereft of life, like picking at the bones of some long dead creature discovered under the blistering sun of a Spaghetti Western. Not pleasant. Will have a look at settings when my eyes have adjusted to the glare.
5.8 this a.m.
Art bit - it’s ink but that’s as much as I know.
Best go before looking at this page turns into an ersatz Diabetes eye test with free squirty stingy stuff.

Happy birthday to your grandson for yesterday and I do hope his exam went well.

Hug for your day, Gennepher. Pity there's no an emoji for "Beautiful" for that rose.

I didn't know there had ever been a choice of layout. Never was any sign of it on my screen. Maybe it was under some menu that I haven't realised was there.

Another horrible day on The Wirral.
It is extremely damp.
And cold.
FBG is 7.6, just can't get it down.
Mrs L has a announced that going home tonight will be the best thing about the weekend.......
And Gareth( no idea who he is?) Is gonna help.
Need boxes. For her ornaments.
Bless.
Having a nap now.
I might be in trouble if no boxes.
#8 has arrived, yeah!
More fun!
Still no garden done.

Has the wind died down @Lamont D ? We were on The Wirral (New Brighton) a couple of weeks ago doing coastal walks - wonderful coastline, very blustery but a great tonic.

Hopefully a bit of wiring correction will solve the lighting issue but I feel your Pain about that currently inaccessible junction box. Does your Mairie dictate what colour your shutters and doors need to be?
Not as far as I know, but all I can see in this street are white, different colours exist on other streets.

Yes it has, because of the rain that is showery. It is a beautiful coastal walk, and have travelled it many times. A lot of history and the shadow of the big port and city across the river.

5.6 this morning. Have had a good day and continued to be really sensible and not overdone it. Altogether have done 4 classes and two 1:1s. Leg has continued to improve.

Have had a lovely dinner and am now relaxing and reading.

All day could only access the app. All red and garish Anyone know why the shortcut I have used for years isn't working and neither is typing in the full address.
Or is this an update? It's different again.
My shortcut hasn't worked all day either@SlimLizzy. The new page required me to log in which I haven't done for years so I couldn't remember my password. I have had to renew my password so that I can respond to posts etc. Hopefully it will be settled down now.
