This thread and its previous version have helped me understand my diabetic or lack of control.
Hug for #peppergate - (I have never considered pepper in/on a salad). Sounds like today is all sorted and tomorrow's reading will be back on track. Nice example of @OldButBold's point about the context of data being crucial. Have a great day.Today 6.8 which I am not surprised at as yesterday was a food disaster. Was making my lovely salad to take to work when the top (which was broken) fell off of my pepper grinder and the whole jar emptied into my salad. No time to make a new salad so I hoped it would be OK - but it wasn't and I couldn't eat it. So was starving when I got home at 10pm and had a a heap of cheese and a load of cream in my coffee.
Today's stir fry for work all prepared with no pepper disasters. Doggies walked - no rain yet. Relaxing drinking coffee and catching up with this thread.
@jjraak I agree - the body is very tight lipped about it's secrets. I also agree that I have learned so much from this forum that I would never have known about if it wasn't for the good people on here.the Body IS a wonderful and weird being, that stays very tight lipped about it's secrets, don't you think ?
Thank goodness we have THIS forum as a conduit for some pertinent information, i frankly would NEVER have known about if it wasn't for the good people on here...(B12 depletion not even mentioned by any HCP)
Good to see that even when your personal problems are testing you enough to sink a battleship you still care about all even the state of world politics, what a mess. When the world lacks statesmen and governments fall the paths are open to despots and dictators, dark times indeed.Best perspective I have read on Johnson and Trump etc came in Zechariah 11.4 to the end. Enjoy your day.
No, stick with sea shanties. I very much enjoy listening to Fisherman's Friends collection and now you prompted me I found the Yarmouth Shantymen. The personal problems are neatly separated and dealt with best one at a time but thanks.Good to see that even when your personal problems are testing you enough to sink a battleship you still care about all even the state of world politics, what a mess. On the positive I sincerely believe that the majority of people in the world are good and decent, just wanting to be happy, fed and warm. This forum is a good example of the warmth and love people have for each other and I'm sure such feelings will conquers in the end.
Whoops I'm getting all philosophical, sorry.
Maybe instead of Sea Shanties at our folk group rehearsal I should get out the Protest songs

Ah yes, but crooked Hilary would have fixed your shoulder and personally driven you to the town to which you want to move. Not to mention ensuring you premium seats and hospitality at any equine event of your choosing.Oh, I don't know, @ianpspurs , my food stamp allowance has been increased this month, and that is a federal government program. I'm not about to bite the hand that feeds me. My rent has not increased, despite the rumors put about by the prophets of doom. There are a couple of things I would like to see Trump tackle, but so far he and his administration have done me nothing but good.
I will say nothing as to Boris, it would be out of place for me.
@ianpspurs that is so right @OldButBold 's point about the context of the data being crucial is really relevant.Hug for #peppergate - (I have never considered pepper in/on a salad). Hope you had your volume turned up as we put together and performed a great version of 'Farewell sweet lovely Nancy' especially for you and a bit faster than it is usually heard. No, stick with sea shanties. That's so very sad @SaskiaKC you would love the community we live in there are 40 houses here and without exception young and old, including the much maligned UK teenagers, are lovely friendly people always willing to stop and chat, help each other in a crisis and show care and give time to those who need it, maybe we are just lucky but I still have faith that this is true of most people, I wish you could experience it.I don't know about the majority, but IME while an awful lot of people just want to be happy, fed, and warm, they don't give a flying bat if anyone outside their immediate family circle is; in fact, they seem to believe that if anyone is not happy, fed, and warm, it is all that person's own fault and s/he doesn't deserve to be happy, fed, or warm. JME.
