Yeah, just watched the start they put the schedule time up as 10:55. ITV.
@DJC3 @Bubbsie @Muddy Cyclist @dunelm you could miss it if you tune in at 11:15
I could say “Oops!” - however I rarely remember anniversaries or even birthdays. Still, happy anniversary to you both and thank you for the reminder about the TV slot with @Debandez
There's nothing wrong with a little 'romantic' subterfuge DJC...enjoy yourselves.I’ll pretend it was a surprise!
Hug for today's hypo and sincerely hope bg climbs to safety during the day and something can be done to stop this horrible run.Hypo of 3.2 in the early hours which I treated and went back to bed
4.1 at 9am
Sunny here and let’s all have the sun

Yes agree unequivocally PM about Dr Zoe...Debs was more informative & accurate straight from the horses mouth...but small steps then we hit 'them' with a whammy.@Debandez well done you were confident and convincing. Wish they had left Dr Zoe out talking about “cals”. Your bit was way better!
Oh wow.
Well said DJC it was the kind of NHS diatribe review many of us get from our health care professionals...tired uninformative and as you say I think relied too much on the low calories...but we'll get there.
I would have liked Dr Zoe to follow up what Deb said about low carb by explaining that all starches turn to sugar when ingested and the best thing anyone could do is to reduce cereal, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes instead of banging on about calories. I dont think she listened to Deb as carefully as Philip and Holly did, eg when Deb said high fat Holly said yes healthy fats.Well said DJC it was the kind of NHS diatribe review many of us get from our health care professionals...tired uninformative and as you say I think relied too much on the low calories...but we'll get there.
Yes I noticed... no doubt Dr Zoe has to be careful about falling fowl of NHS guidelines (as do other places)...Holly was listening intently true...I know Debs wasn't allowed to mention any names on the programme but hopefully she can get the word out the other place is not the holy grail of T2 diabetes management.when Deb said high fat Holly said yes healthy fats.
Sadly most of my friends and family thought 'Healthy Fats' were the reduced fat foods as I suspect most of the British public do. I have managed to get the message across to my family but not all of my friends, although they support me they are not themselves convinced about Full Fat Foods being healthy.Philip and Holly did, eg when Deb said high fat Holly said yes healthy fats.
