Fbg 6.9

Raining again...
Badger looked in my door glass several times last night...
I must be part of his night routine...

Wildlife nighttime video
Badgers & Fox & Cats
And those little darting eyes belonged to mousey. Don't worry...he survived the night...
That badger was in over a hundred 2 min clips for this night's edit.
Out of sight of camera, he was digging up, and upending my plant pots...vegetable garden this year ? Forget it...
1 min 18 secs

Creative is ink drawing on a postcard...
And white pen to finish off...

Have your best day.

Time for a cuppa.

5.1 on this rainy morning.

Just found a bit of local history a link between this area and the tomb of Tutankhamun it seems lord Carnarvon who had a Manor House near here and owned one ore two of the coal mines here used the profits from them to fund Howard Carter’s expedition to Egypt.

Oh dear, perhaps a hanging vegetable garden might be a future thing. Lovely creative and that bit of white, smashing.

Ah, on the backs of those who toil…

Good morning everyone on a damp start the International Bin Day here in the dark and dangerous north. Packing day today. We are off tomorrow for a bit of west coast estuary walking - is that a thing? Might dig out the Nordic Poles - they are the product of early Viking exploration and integration. Youngest brother arrived at our parents house yesterday and is busily batch cooking with mum. He does all the meat dishes, we will do the vegetable dishes when we go in April and the market is bursting with produce. Art bit - mixed media - Indian Ink and watercolour. Hope you all have a pleasant day. I have finished my koffy and best get on with some exercises.

5.8 this morning. Managed to get round the park before the rain started.

Meeting a new dressmaker this morning as a pair of my work trousers need a new zip.

I will relax and drink coffee until then. Yesterday I did loads of admin so not much more to do.

I love this mixed media Art Bit @dunelm

I think this may have been what my gran called bacon rolly polly. I think that her’s may have had onion in as well as the bacon. Supermarket bacon is so wafer thin and watery for this I suspect. We get lovely thick slices from our butcher (not him personally!).:eek::nurse::oldman:
I remember my mum teaching me that pasty method when I was little. When I went to secondary school and took cookery, the teacher was amazed at my pastry skills.

Morning all from a showery, blustery Breckland/Fenland/Land of the Free, home of the Brave mishmash. No fbg because there's enough going on just now and prep for Sunday is seriously disrupting my eating habits. @Annb I hope bandage day goes well. @Krystyna23040 well done on getting that admin done and good that the week seems relaxing. @dunelm thanks for sharing the art and enjoy the walking. My Nordic walking poles keep giving me accusatory glances. @gennepher hug for the devastation wrought by that badger family but if anyone can find a solution Genn can. Thank you for sharing the creative. Have an appropriate song. Local weather guru on BBC says it is highly likely this may be the wettest winter on record for the UK. Only one grandchild is here today but my mission is to find a way to minimise carbs and exceed yesterday's 1300 cals. No red meat, fibre, nuts, seeds, easy on veggies makes that very difficult for me. Some kind of dish with a couple dollops of these (I've used and tested them a few times before) and lots of fluid? Eggs and cheese don’t do much for me but I’ll try a cheese omelette since needs must. Enjoy Thursday, I'mma smile and drink berry tea.

Good National Bin day Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and those who still think it is possible for male homosapiens to give birth if they choose to. Also good morning to those who think the former are deluded. There that should cover all.

Blood sugars this morning were a straight 5, knot a twisted 5. Knot or not sound the same but different meanings. Maths and science was my thing not Engrish, language or literature.

A tale of “ whoops got it wrong dad “ a **** Emery phrase.
I received a communication from one of hospital departments that look after me, chastising me, me’s and myself for missing a blood test approximately 3 weeks ago, luckily I had remembered and booked a blood test for this morning, not only but also I had a warfarin blood test scheduled for next week. So logically I had all the blood tests carried out this morning.
Therefore 3 weeks late four or for one and one week early fore one. Cry havoc and let the chaos reign, to nearly quote Rattlemyspear. Hehehe

The religious zealots that inhabit the centre of Reading it seems now ignore me totally. I call that a success.

Well I think I have used up all the variants of 4

Stay safe, stay dry and stay sane after reading the above.

No nuts or seeds would be a total nightmare diet for me. I absolutely understand why this would make a low carb diet very unappealing.

I also find that eggs don't do much for me but I do love mascarpone cheese or a little chunk of extra mature cheddar.

There are two other problems with this. The foods I'm fine with which could provide calories are high in vit B12 which seems to cause diarrhea in excess especially if drinking too much water (the water here does that on its own) - another suggested preparation. That's before taking the witches potion designed to evacuate the area, Secondly, foods I would eat such as tuna, white fish, turkey and chicken have in the past caused gout attacks if eaten without huge salads, high fibre bread or keto pasta etc for bulking. Usually when illness has dehydrated me which diarrhea will accomplish a treat..That's all without some known side effects of the chemo/immunotherapy. Perfect ****torm - almost literally. TMI? Sorry. A "normal" diet with white bread, chips and plain cake would be easy. @gennepher I'm not sure berry tea is meant to be enjoyed more a lifestyle accessory.

No berry tea for me thanks Ian, but I like berries themselves...frozen blackberries and strawberries today with double cream..

I am so sorry - that makes it really difficult (impossible) to achieve a diet that is both enjoyable and doesn't cause side effects or health issues.
