After another day of fasting...finally see a friendly FBG of 5.5 mmol.

It has been weeks since my last 5.5 mmol...

Morning...up at 3am...with these dark mornings no idea what the time is...so straight back to bed until 05:30...good results at the anti-coagulation clinic yesterday...so six weeks between appointments...result!...now if only I can get myself organised...finish off my paperwork...that would be an achievement...woke to a 5.2

5.2 - in the can do better range but I reckon my body is not quite right at the moment so that may be a "good result from a tough away fixture" kinda reading.

6.2 today, better than yesterday but thought it’d be lower after only 1 meal all day at 4pm and an hour of yoga in the evening.

Oh well, onwards and downwards.
