@Ziggy2017 I buy mine at a large Sainsburys. Waitrose, ASDA, Co-Op and Holland & Barrett also stock it, though not at all stores.Hi prem51 sounds delish where do you get it?
@DJC3 Have a cyber hug for your delicate predicament7.0 I’m ashamed to report, but I know why....
Woke at 5 with a raging hangover after sitting into the night with several bottles and an old friend I havent seen for ages.
I found a sachet of Resolve in the medicine cupboard and hed it before stopping to think it is full of sugar!
This is 2 hr post reading ( didnt test at 5am when I first got up) so to be honest I thought it would be worse - was steeling myself for double figures.
@alf_Josiah Thank goodness you are alive and fully limbed after using your gardening equipage yesterday. You had me so worried that I awoke at 4.25A gentle 6.2 for me this morning, which is spot on for a little run out on my motorbike to a grotty greasy spoon that does great fryups and lousy koffy.
Thanks @liarsdanceSainsbury and Ocado do it so assuming Waitrose does too
Thanks prem51 I’ll have to look out for it@Ziggy2017 I buy mine at a large Sainsburys. Waitrose, ASDA, Co-Op and Holland & Barrett also stock it, though not at all stores.
You can find your nearest stockist on the OPPO storefinder:

As a Spurs fan myself I find I generally sleep better in the summerMorning all 5.1 @ 4.50 on a Sunday morning. My body seems to want to take me on a magical mystery tour of places i don't want to visit. The scales have gone back 6 months in 4 days, average sleep hours around 2 hrs lower than trend and bg and resting pulse well up. Clearly sending me a message and I thought I was being nice to it. Has done this before but I don't appreciate its sense of humour "to take it again perforce! monster ingratitude" Hope you all have good days - I fear mine may seem rather long!
@DJC3 Have a cyber hug for your delicate predicamentAs a matter of interest and research do you wear a fitness tracker with HR measurement and has it altered since before becoming one of Bacchus' Pards?
its allowed djc3 and your numbers will settle soon7.0 I’m ashamed to report, but I know why....

I didn't test this morning as I was too excited by my reaching 9 stone ...so I was trying on clothes I'd hidden for years!I think it was a one off ... which you are allowed
@Mal37 It is great news about your weight and BMI - as you say a lift at just the right time.I didn't test this morning as I was too excited by my reaching 9 stone ...so I was trying on clothes I'd hidden for years!
