I only ever have diet drinks now they dont affect my bgs at all niether does the sugar free squashView attachment 28203 Hi all I bought a cream soda today that claimed to have only 5.6 grams of sugar per 250 ml the thing is after I had drank a few sips my hands were shaking really badly so I checked my BG which was 16.0! D: I then tested the cream soda on my meter and it came up as HI! The culprit is pictured above
