Thanks Ian. I’m sitting here with what can only be described as a borderline angelic little expression. My 4 weekly weight check ended up with a 6 kg loss ( alas I put some of that down to a hospital stay. Nil by mouth for 4 days and restricted for 4 days.) hey I’ll take it.. good girl pats on the head and brownie points a plenty..

Morning all. This isn't going well so far - dew on the ground and mist in the distance so Autumnal, fbg 5.8 and stubborn cold/virus hanging around like the smell of fried fish in a bedsit Still, plenty of tea and Spurs won on Monday so things could be much worse (and probably will)
Hope all who sail in HMS Birmingham event have a useful time and any encounters with the natives don't require translators.

Good morning all. 5.5 this am. Bright and sunny here, I shall avail with a long walk before the autumn is with us proper.
