5.8, creeping up, must be the JD and coke. Got the wife home made szcechuan beef and cauli rice for lunch, it could be erm….unusual but it breaks up the continual salads.

Morning crew. A more sensible wakey wake ho! start today. 5.7 fbg - with very careful handling I might manage a mien of grim resignation today. No idea how much viruses impact bg but that seems to be the only explanation. Y'all get out there and slay that diabetes beast now - at least give it a frosty look then

My FBG was 5.9 that was at 4 AM when I awoke about three hours ago have not a clue what it is now. Going to have a coffee and some breakfast now.

Oh dear, tut tut, I’m at a conference in Oxfordshire and did the red wine thing after a couple of g n t’s but I deserved my 8.7 this morning, I left the pastry but couldn’t resist the creamy goo in a lemon tart
