What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hi wil burn,just lchf...portion control,heavy weights repetition and 10 miles am and pm on my exercise bike.....

Is that every day? I go to the gym 2-3 times a week but I've never been able to lift heavy weights. Can't wait for the weather to improve though so I can give your bike theory a blast.

Yes wil burn every day wether i'm working or a day off( i'm a mini- coach driver,and used to be a fat slob! 171/2 st now i'm holding steady at 12 1/2 st
