What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

So sorry to hear about your cousin, @Debandez. It's so sad when someone hasn't had the chance to live a full life yet, seems such a waste.

As on the PR front, your hard work definitely pays off. Congrats.

First ever go at taking my blood glucose level this morning . Took it straight away after getting up ..5.6 .
Took quite a few stabs before I could get enough blood to test with

Welcome aboard - I remember flinching like I was about to be shot. You get used to it.

Hey, @Ziggy2017 ..good to see you 'out and about' again so to speak.

Nice to see the coughs going and finally it's settling down for you.

scarf up, i found i didn't used to like the early morning cold back in the day*.
(*said as i find the different diet, has eased tremendously the asthma, ...so a silver lining for me in the diagnosis)

have a great day, whatever you do.

I am sorry to hear about your cousin.

But glad to read your good news. You have been doing so well with this. Congratulations, and best wishes for it ongoing.

Hi @Debandez

Also so sorry to hear of your bad news.
However i loved the tributes you & the family paid.

In my mind that's how we should celebrate a death.
not in a sad mournful way, but in gratitude for the life they lived.
and more appreciative of those still with their lives to be lived.

Can't think of a better way to be remembered, then with love, laughter as well as a few tears.
and always talked of with love...

That way, we ALL live on forever in someones hearts.

Sometimes it can last for days.

7.2 today after a poor nights sleep. My bottom lip is gathering dust.
Like is not for the number but for caring. Boycs wouldn't just have shrugged and said "Oh well" when he got out.
